Had such a great stay! The location was great, with some walkable restaurants and a short drive to downtown Charleston.

We had a wonderful stay in this little cottage. Everything was absolutely perfect! Don’t be surprised if you have many Augustans renting from you in the near future! We highly recommend this hidden gem.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bungalow Under the Oaks. The space was clean and cozy, good for two people and a small dog. We enjoyed the fenced in yard and short drive to the beach and restaurants.

Fantastic spot in North Charleston. This place has everything you need, is well kept, and very clean. And the host is clear, responsive, and friendly!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway! I stayed at this beautiful lakefront cabin over the weekend and I absolutely loved everything about it! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had all the comforts of home. The peaceful lake view right outside the door was breathtaking and made for the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The area itself was quiet, safe, and surrounded by nature — just what I needed to unwind. One of the highlights was spending time by the lake and catching some fish — it really added to the fun and made the trip even more memorable! From early morning coffee on the porch to peaceful evenings by the water, every moment felt special. I’m definitely going to recommend this place to my family and friends. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with beautiful scenery, a comfortable cabin, and some good fishing, this is the place to be!

This was our second time staying at this very nice casita. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston. Quiet, clean and private with nice cold AC. Kudos!

Superb location in walking distance to beautiful Myrtle Beach. Cottage was clean with plenty of space for 2 couples. Nice backyard patio in a quiet community. Upgrades should be done on grill and beach chairs, which were discussed with owner and he acknowledged. Victor is a pleasure to do business with. Issue with the AC was quickly resolved, along with any questions or concerns. Overall, a fabulous rental!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Tricia’s place and it was perfect for the two of us! The apartment was super clean and cute. The bed and linens are comfortable as well. Considering this unit is a pet friendly place, we did not notice any signs of pets being in the unit previously—that’s how clean it was. We found that the location was truly the perfect spot between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach as Tricia listed. Another plus is that Ubers are readily available and cost around $8-$15. Tricia and Erik were both very welcoming and friendly. Tricia gave us so many recommendations on restaurants/places to go to. I would love to stay here again and I’d recommend others to do the same!

Cozy home with everything you need to feel comfortable. Interior and exterior are well put together. The hot tub is nice so is the view and there is plenty outdoor seating for couples

We enjoyed staying in Jenna's tiny home on the farm for our 28th anniversary. It was exactly as described and the added snacks and eggs were yummy. We enjoyed walking the farm seeing the cows, pigs, and chickens, swinging, and the firepit, and to the short hike to the creek. It is located close to all we wanted to see and go to eat at.

Fun little space! Great kitchen for a tiny home if you like to cook. Only trouble coming with lots of food to prepare is there are so many restaurants, EXCELLENT restaurants, just a few blocks away. I strongly recommend "TOPSOIL"! I enjoyed my privacy and found it so easy to get on the road and go any direction.

I would stay here again. The area was so peaceful, we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch a lot. First few days were breezy but the breeze died down and the biting bugs came out so the screened option was very appreciated! Clean and well stocked, comfortable bed. We saw the family members a little on the weekend but during the week not at all. We spent a few hours in the shade of the dock one afternoon and had dolphins come by. We did not eat at the restaurant or rent a kayak and take a paddle but that would be a great option. Folly Beach is two miles or less and a fun bustling town- but it was nice to come home to darkness and quieter. Note- if you are going to Folly on a weekend get up EARLY it could take an hour with traffic. Otherwise: Pour House is 10 min away, downtown Charleston is 10 min drive, Folly is 5 min no traffic and James Island is 5-10 min.

This was by far the best trip I have ever been on. We knew it was going to be incredible from the reels but actually being there exceeded every expectation we could have ever had. My girlfriend found this on social media and sent this as one of her most romanized fantasy vacations. Little did she know that the Goat Daddy’s were on the east coast. I booked the trip immediately. When we arrived, we were both so incredibly enamored with the property. Josh showed up and talked us through the silly ducks and hens and all the other quirky animals we would innovateby encounter. When we got to the house, it was everything we expected and more. It was immaculate and no detail was spared. We have never felt so at home. When we had our private tour, I have never seen my girl so happy. Jonas was so incredibly knowledgeable, and allowed her to live and learn about so many things. We fell in love with every creature we were lucky enough to encounter and we can’t wait to come back 💜Roux

We had a great stay at Jessica’s cottage in Travelers Rest, SC. The home was very cute and homey which we appreciated as we had a 3 week stay while our home was being renovated. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for making some delicious meals. We really liked the back porch to relax and grill out. Jessica was super nice and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!

My second stay in this lovely place! Warm and welcoming, with easy access to downtown TR. Great hosts, clear information, and a happy, comfortable stay.

We had a delightful visit. The care Leah put into curating our experience was top notch. The creative skill that went into make the space feel inviting and functional as well as beautiful was impressive. Definitely looking forward to returning in the fall.

Extreme attention to detail. Several amenities in case we forgot something. Well laid out. Peaceful cul-d-sac. Even the grill was cleaned out and preset for us.

Holly’s place is the perfect little spot to get a great nights rest. The neighborhood is peaceful and a great area with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to the beach. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful home with many amenities to equip you for beach days! House is clean and area is quiet yet very close by to attractions and restaurants. Bring mosquito repellant, as it sits close to a creek. Best stay ever!

Loved this little get away!! It’s perfect for a 2 person girls trip!! We really enjoyed how tucked away it was and the atmosphere was so nice!! I would definitely recommend staying here!! Brian was great with communication and a really fun host!! We could tell that him and Ava put a lot of care into the space. 😇

this lil cabin is amazing. kitchen well stocked, beautiful patio. even the fire pit was setup, ready to light it up. great breakfast selection. I highly recommend this cabin

Matthew made everything easy with the check-in and check-out. He quickly responded to our questions. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We spent both afternoons in the backyard enjoying the view of the marsh. The path to Shem Creek is a bonus!

The place has absolutely beautiful surroundings. The porch is great to sit out and watch the sunset. It’s quiet and because it’s up on hill it feels like you are only one around for a long while.

Such a great spot if you’re looking to visit Devils Fork State Park or any other locations within the area! Feels like a cozy cottage and has everything you need!
