The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Just ask us for recommendations! :) • Layout with separate bedrooms for total privacy in each bedroom. Perfect for family or group of friends. • For larger groups we can assist on accommodation in similar villas in the same complex • Closed AC living room and kitchen with garden views • Kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to enjoy cooking and gathering. There are also great restaurants nearby and we often dine out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. If you would prefer full or partial catering, this can be provided at an additional cost. We can arrange also free food delivery from the near restaurants. Just ask your host in advance. Jimbaran is a tranquil and traditional Balinese fishing village, not heavily commercialised like some areas are. The beach can be almost deserted during the day, but comes alive with locals and visitors in the afternoon and into the evening. • Bali is called the “Island of the Gods”. Get out and about and experience it. • Driving is easy with a bit of common sense. We prefer to rent a car. Just ask your host and she can advise on some options without a driver or with a driver for all or some of the days of your stay. Having a private driver is recommended for long day trips. • Bluebird Taxis are available everywhere. They are reliable, metered and low cost. You can book a taxi by calling them directly or via loading their app onto your phone. Bluebird Taxis are so convenient that it is not worth bothering with people offering “transport” and risk being scammed. • Subject to bookings, we are happy to allow early check-in and/or late check out. Garden and pool maintenance included. • Note that Indonesia requires a passport valid for more than 6 month to allow entrance to the country. Transport to ubud is very easy either by taxi or I can organise a driver to meet you for US$23-25. Getting around ubud is so easy as you don't need a car as my villa is close enough to everything... It is absolutely the best location in ubud... In my street Jalan jembawan is radiantly alive yoga studio, well known and very popular.. Also Ketut arsarna body works yoga studio in Jalan Hanoman a brief walk away... My villa is nestled amongst the community homes and all the families are very friendly... There are day spas close by and many many restaurants... For cultural events you only need to walk through 2 lanes to enjoy the night time kecak fire dance.... The villa ensures privacy for your enjoyment like your very own home ..... My staff Komang and Ketut will be at the villa daily to ensure you are comfortable and happy preparing your breakfasts making beds, tending the garden, pool and cleaning.... For a memorable stay there is no need to look further!!! The whole house including swimming pool is yours Someone will be on-site and available as needed The house is in the heart of Ubud in a very quiet area, yet very close to yoga studios, restaurants, day spas, and busy shopping areas. Everything is within walking distance. Being right in the heart of ubud you can walk nearly everywhere. No need for a car as everything is within five minutes walk so you can feel very safe during the day and during the night. If you want to go on a day trip my staff can organise a driver to take you sightseeing to all the favourite spots if you like.. Nothing is too much trouble for them as they love to assist you Mimpiku means "my dream" and that's what you will feel when you stay here... The minimum stay is 2 nights

Tranquil Paradise Villa with Pool and Attentive Staff

I am usually available on Airbnb, but when you are staying at the villa I have a manager and we will provide a cellphone so that you can contact the manager directly. The villa is located close to the center of Ubud and many Balinese attractions while being very quiet and tranquil, surrounded by green rice fields. There are some nice cafes and coffee shops at the end of the road, as well as a convenience store. Walking to Ubud main street in the morning is great as you can see unique local houses and green rice fields. Renting a bicycle will cost USD 2/day. But the most practical way to move around Ubud is to rent a scooter for USD 6/7/day. We have a car park in the villa were you can park your scooter or bike. I needed a taxi service can be provided to enjoy all the beautifull places of Bali. Feel free to ask! Our pool has no fence and the depth is 1.5m so please be very carefull if you have little children with you. Please note that the villa is in the nature and therefore the wild life goes where it wants, Gecko's frequent the house but they are friendly and keep the mosquito's away :-) this also means that there are other natural critters. There are no pests but there are ants as they are not stopped by anything. We do everything that we can but mother nature goes where she wants.
