Holiday rentals with a balcony in South East Asia

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

It was a very pleasant stay. The welcome was great and the apartment was outstanding! The view is probably the best you can get in town. It was a lovely experience and for sure we will come back! Recommended 100%.

Really comfortable beds, brilliant amenities including Netflix, nespresso machine & pods, plenty of tea bags & nice toiletries, good location, close to Khaosan Road but in a more peaceful location. Responsive hosts, would recommend definitely!

Very nice and clean apartment suitable for 4 people

We spent a month at this condo and never regretted our choice. The host made things easy for us and responded quickly when we needed him. The location was terrific. It was within walking distance of a huge mall and a 15-minute ride to the Night Market. The pool was huge and we always felt safe. We would highly recommend this place!

Need to add more fan in my opinion😇so far all goods and the view super fantastic 🫶🏼will repeat again someday

Very beautiful place! Close to everything like restaurants, beach, massage, Bangla Road just right on the block. Very convenient. Inside the unit is so clean and the beddings is like a hotel. I highly recommended whoever going to Phuket! And the host is very responsive.

We loved our stay here. The villa was as pictured and the staff we amazing, friendly and attentive. The location was wonderful and so close to everything. The beds were comfortable with comfortable linens and cold air conditioning! I can not say enough about the staff breakfast was perfect every morning and Komang drive us everywhere we wanted to go sight seeing while making sure reservations were done if needed and seeing us to entrance to make sure all went smooth. Highly recommend a stay here!

Truly great spot for a group and felt very safe and able to enjoy villa with beautiful pool. The team who manage villa are very responsive and truly do make everything clear for all. Appreciate the level of detail and communication including a special touch with wonderful Villa Manager Made organising balloons for my moms 60th! I hope we can come back again and thank you for a memorable experience for our family!

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

Naddhawud’s place is the most beautiful venue I stayed in during my Thailand trips. This beautiful, quiet retreat in the heart of Chiang Mai is wonderfully appointed with ample breakout space and bathroom facilities to suit two couples. Everything is clean, well taken care of and the design of the entire home flows so well from one room into another. Picture perfect spot!

Great villa, great pool, very friendly butlers (Eddi and Ketut), great location 5 min walk to the beach. The only thing we could complain about is the loud music at night from the close by nightclubs. Just so you know: there is somebody around 24/7. Butlers during the day/ security guard during the night. They are not in your face but they are there. We would definitely recommend the villa!

A place you can really call home. Neighbors and staff are firendly and helpful because they do not hesitate to help the flat tires of our friend’s wheelchair. Inlove the place specially the feeling of safety in the midst of a busy area.

This is genuinely by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! it was also better than any hotel or villa I stayed in, in 3 months travelling throughout Thailand. Tom the host is genuinely a legend, he went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be and the apartment is brilliant. Spacious, modern and clean and in the best spot in Chiang Mai right in the middle of Nimman road where all the bars, restaurants and cafes are. the price was also incredible, amazing value for money. if you can definitely book this place for your stay in Chiang Mai because it was a big part of me enjoying my time in Chiang Mai so much!

Directly connected to Bangsar station and has a lot of restaurants around. The place was clean and hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room on the outer side faces the train tracks and main road, so it can be a bit noisy at night

everything was great, Henry was very helpful. For the price you cannot go wrong. 1 minus point but the bathroom was somewhat unclean. The hand soap was missing But still, I would definitely book again. Thanks

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay with Dr. Supot the condo is gorgeous, the location is great and all the amenities are fantastic. I have no complaints, if I come back to Bangkok I will be booking again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone in search of a nice condo in Bangkok.

We moved to this accommodation from another of Lin’s as Lin was a fantastic host and we felt right at home. I’m glad to say we felt the exact same in this place. We were greeted by Lin’s mother in law upon check in and she was so charming and friendly, she guided us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment was just like the photos, spotless, spacious and cosy 😊 the bed was very comfortable, we’ve seen others mention it to be hard but we found it wonderful! They even supply complimentary bottled water, juice boxes, soda, coffee and tea, and fruit! Whenever we had a question or needed assistance, we were helped super quick and Lin’s parents in law would be right at the door as soon as possible if needed which made us feel very looked after, and they were so friendly and great to talk to! The building itself felt like a hotel (even though it isn’t) with a cute coffee shop just at the lobby. Overall, fantastic stay and can’t wait to stay again!

I've been booking airbnb in KL for quite a while, and i highly recommend Eliane's apartment! everything that you need is there and the apartment is very clean and comfy! The highlights were the baby bed and baby chair, the wonderful view, the very comfortable bed and linen and very quiet despite the busy neighbourhood! we will come again!

Joop is a great host. He explained everything in advance and checked refularlif we are comfortable and there is no issue. It was an good experience and comfortable stay.
