Exceeded our expectations!

Visiting from the US! Just what we needed! Went there and stayed for the Canadian Grand Prix f1 weekend. About a 45 minute drive to the metro station for the yellow line. It’s not perfect as far as some Airbnb's go that you pay $$$ for. It is however perfect for a place to relax, sleep, watch TV and have a quiet place to stay. It is close to stores and some restaurants. All within about 15 minutes or so. You can tell it’s lived in and it has its little flaws. Don’t let that deter you from staying here as it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos — clean, well-equipped, warm and perfect for a family weekend. The chalet is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. Our host was very welcoming, attentive and quick to answer all our questions. Again, thank you for this great experience! We recommend this place without hesitation and hope to return soon!

Our three-night stay exceeded all of our expectations. For nature lovers such as ourselves, the tranquil, beautiful setting was ideal. We saw various birds right from the cottage, and numerous others in the nearby reserve. The sunsets and morning light inspired us to paint, draw and photograph, to capture a record of this beautiful place. William is a splendid host. He provided us with historical information about the area and his family’s role in settling and living in it. He is a generous and compassionate man, and inspirational in his devotion to the land and its history. A million thanks, William!

Gorgeous old home on a beautiful property, was the perfect place and location to host our large family Thanksgiving. The house was well stocked with charming dishes and serving pieces. They left plenty of wood for the wood-stove which made the large space feel so cozy, and plenty of wood and chairs surrounding the fire pit outside. They also provided plenty of drinking water and decorated with pumpkins and mums. Bed linens and towels a fresh crisp white felt nice to curl into. If I had a choice I’d opt for some queen size beds and use of the extra bedrooms! Though realize it’s not set up for multiple families but for individuals on a retreat. It still suited us just fine and the kids loved the giant room with the bunk beds. Thank you Carolyn for another perfect weekend!

We loved David's home and felt at home during our stay. The area is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We felt the hosts were responsive, accessible, and helpful. The home is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again!

The place was very clean and cozy! The host responded in good timing and was very friendly! Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short and Victor was very understanding and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was spotless and comfortable. Easy to access and parking directly in front of the unit. It was great to be able to sit on the couch and chair at the end of a long day and watch a variety of television programing, unlike other places I’ve stayed at. Layout is great. If we’re in the area again (Malone is lovely!) we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Michelle was responsive and helpful.

The place was great. It had everything as described and anything you would need and more. Anything I thought I would need I found. Great location. The hosts were very nice. I would stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved it just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

Lilian’s place was a perfect stay! Undated bathroom and kitchen which were both massive. King size bed and comfortable living room area. Good lighting and AC unit made this a perfect stay. Lilian as a host accommodated our needs and was very responsive. The area is a hip but quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this stay!
