Apartment holiday rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

Loved this place so much. Close to all my favorite spots. Very clean & comfortable. Garry was quick to respond on everything. There was only 1 small hiccup getting in with push button on key pad, but my hubby was able to fix it. Hope to come back soon.

This condo was in a great location, right off the beach, and walkable to some local restaurants and shops. Since it was located on the north part of the island, the beach wasn't crowded at all. I would stay here again.

Very clean, plenty of space and amenities and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Very cozy and felt secure. Would definitely stay again!

Our second stay. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. Everything you could need plus things you didn’t know you needed- but grateful to have had. The third bathroom was a bonus. Our Host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. You couldn’t be in a better location. In the middle of everything. Nothing in the Historic District is more than a few minutes walk away.

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

Laura was a wonderful hostess, providing a great deal of helpful information and suggestions. She was timely with her responses and very easy to work with. I gladly recommend her condo as a place to stay and her as a hostess. We had a WONDERFUL TIME in Savannah and look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I loved the apartment. While the bed is softer than my own, I slept incredibly well. (Walking for miles probably helped lol) The bed linens were chefs kiss!!! We will def check availability with Brittany our next time in Savannah!

Andy's place is accurately described in his write-up and in others' reviews. The apartment building entrance is tucked between other establishments and is secured, open using a keypad. Andy was prompt in responding from the get go. The apartment is comfortable for 4-5 people. The mattresses are some type of memory foam, so supportive but not hard. The bathroom has a garden tub/shower. If you are short or arthritic, it may be challenging to safely get in/out of the shower. There are coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs on Whitaker and also on Broughton, lots to do close by (a plus). However, there was a lot of noise at night (a minus) as described in other reviews. We stayed four nights. Every night with the exception of Sunday night there was loud car and motorcycle traffic (revving their engines) until 4 am. Our son's apartment was two to the south, and the street noise was not noticeable. Overall, this place is a clean, secure, apartment in the Historic district.

My family and I loved the home! Would definitely come back. Super close to the beach, very peaceful, & Very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!

The space was super comfortable for our family with young kids. We loved how it was only steps from the beach & close enough to walk to several restaurants.

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!

This is by far our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed in!! It was in a great location and close to all the things! It was on a beautiful, safe street. The Airbnb was beautiful with comfy beds and very well designed. The kitchen and laundry were great accents to have as we were there for a sporting clays tournament and needed to wash laundry. Love!!

This Airbnb is in the perfect location for Savannah. 2 blocks from a grocery store. 4 blocks to Forsyth park. Easy street parking. The best back porch to hang out and have your morning coffee. And a shared pool in the backyard to cool off in. I will def rent this place again. Gary was the best host. Always responded quickly and was just so easy to work with.

Great location with easy walking through the squares. Lots of restaurant choices. Fast access to the highway to reach Tybee Island.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This was one of the very best stays in an air b&b we have ever experienced! Thank you so very much it was the perfect spot for everything we needed! We will be booking agian very soon!

staying a week at brass rail, was a great experience , very convenient clean pool, balcony with relaxing porch comfort, table and chairs for eating outside. wooden board walk directly to the beach.

Beautiful view and short walk to beach. Beds were very comfy. Welcome note with handy information, snacks, coffee, etc… highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Limited view of the beach, but it was ocean front and easy to get to the beach. As described, it was on the Savanna River side of the island, so no waves except from passing boats and cargo ships. I loved sitting out in the high top chairs on the balcony having my morning coffee. We also enjoyed the pool late afternoon after the children were gone. Overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the one afternoon that we drove to the main part of the island.

Rhonda’s place was perfect for our mother-son getaway. We loved the easy beach access. It was quiet. Great location to explore Tybee and Savannah!

We had a nice stay at Dana's condo. Everything we needed was there. The beach was not crowded and watching the shrimp boats and barges was neat. The sunrises, sunsets and dolphins were my favorite.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us. Thank you for everything

We had a fantastic stay! Condo is great! Beds were comfy. Loved the pool and beach access. Restaurant/bar so convenient! Awesome views! I would definitely stay again!
