Holiday rentals with a fireplace in South Historic District, Savannah

The house was so nice, clean and roomy. Three of us were traveling for girls weekend so we each had our own very Comfortable room! The house is a quick drive to downtown and to Tybee. Charles left us plenty of snacks, coffee and local information. He was very quick to respond and I have already recommended the house to many friends. We would love to come back!

Amanda’s house was everything and then some. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with quick and easy accessibility to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. House was beautifully laid out enabling our family to be together when we wanted or be apart when we needed. You can feel Amanda’s caring nature with the ample amenities available and beautiful decor of the house. The game room provided fun for all and some bragging rights for the PAC-MAN champion. Highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy Amanda’s hospitality again!!

Arnoldo's home was a great environment for my family to gather after my graduation. the space felt open, homey, and safe especially for my toddler. The kitchen had everything and more provided to cook an enjoyable dinner while lounging in pool. Response time for questions was quick and timely. I would stay here again and recommend his stay to anyone looking to have a fun relaxing time spent with friends or family.

Ann's place was perfect for a family group during SCAD graduation. There was plenty of space for 8 adults. We loved the walkability to Forsyth Park. We also walked to Broughton and River Street, which was only 20 minutes away. The house was on a peaceful street, was tastefully decorated, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Having 1 parking space in the back was convenient, but there was plenty of parking space on the street for everyone. We would definitely stay here again if we do a big group visit to Savannah.

This location was perfect for our short trip to Savannah! Naomi was very responsive and eager to help when we had a question. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone who visits the city!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully set up—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was available. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very thoughtful and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

House was as described and very comfortable. Extra towels in each bathroom and extra linens in the closets. All the rooms were very clean and updated. Mattresses were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the beach supplies available for use! The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed! The hosts responded extremely quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this home if you are traveling to Savannah!

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

Location location location!! This spot was right in the middle of all the highlights. Nothing was more than a 15min walk. We thought maybe the busier street would be noisy but we all sleep great! Tall ceilings and expansive floor plan gave everyone the space they needed. Southern charm vibes. The front balcony was perfect for people watching. 😆 the staff below at the bike tours was not only helpful but incredibly kind and helpful. They came right out and gave us a quick overview of where we were and what direction to go. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at Jewell’s place. It is such a charming, comfortable, and welcoming little space. We had everything we needed here and were within walking distance to restaurants and Forsyth Park. It was also very easy to catch a Lyft to and from nightlife downtown. Jewell was very responsive when we had questions, as well. We will definitely be booking with Jewell next time we come to town!

Great place to stay if you want to walk to everything with your dogs! Forsyth Park is right down the street - so beautiful. And Franklin Square with all its shops was only a 15 minute walk. The house was better than the photos. Very old with lots of charm. Stairs are steep to get to the bedrooms so probably not the best for elderly or tiny kids. Master bedroom doesn't have black out curtains so bring your sleep mask but besides that, we slept great! The owner was super super nice and even offered us late check out without us asking, since we arrived after 10pm the night before- no host has ever done that for us before! I would absolutely stay here again!

Garry place is 100% what you would expect to stay in when you are staying in Savannah. The river shops and restaurants are all in walkable distance. Forsyth Park is a great place to hang out and there a restaurant in the park which is a great place to have lunch. The neighborhood is the perfect picture of that old Savannah charm if that is what you are looking for. I would recommend garry place to anyone that want that true Savannah experience.

This suite is located in a very quiet neighborhood walkable to anywhere in the Historic district. Lots of hot water and great water pressure (not always available in Savannah rentals) Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Loved all of the artwork on display in this first floor suite/1 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a great extended weekend in Savanah. The apartment has a great location, and had more than enough room for the four of us. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. The kitchen and dining space were wonderful too. if I had wanted to cook the kitchen looked well laid out. The location was also super walkable with stores and restaurants nearby and close enough to tourist sites that we parked the car when we arrived and it didn't move until we left. If I ever go back to Savanah I will definitely try to book this space again.

It was ideally located, clean, spacious, neat and comfortable. The beds were excellent. I would definitely book this place again if the needs arose.

Beth was extremely helpful and proactive in contacting me with a small issue before my arrival. She was very quick to assist and get everything taken care of for me before I got there. I will definitely stay with her again!!!

Summer’s house has everything you need to have a great time in Hilton Head. The beach toys and golf cart are a huge bonus to the house with an awesome view of the golf course every morning.

Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

We are so thankful for the family Time we had at Sea La Vie! The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids in the bunk room- great place to retreat too after a long day at the beach and pool and exploring the island! We stayed several days and were sad to leave. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and we were so excited to walk into bagels and cinnamon rolls, a stocked fridge, mimosas & wine!! Special fruits and snacks for kiddos on the counter and a beautiful clean space! What else could you ask for! I would book any of their properties again :) thanks boys!

We have stayed at 205 Beachwalk for many years. We love everything about the condo, the location, so close to the beach, and so many great things to do in the area. Jon & Donna are so helpful and friendly. Not to mention, the condo is pet friendly, which allows us to bring our little doggie along on the vacation. As long as the condo is available we hope to be returning for many years to come!

Erin’s place was great for us. We visited with our daughter, son-in-law, and 14 month old grandson. She had all the amenities for a young child. You can literally just pack your clothes. The beach blanket was missing, and she immediately ordered one for the next day. The pool is so close and has a great shallow pool for young kids. The area around the condo is quiet and peaceful. The beautiful beach is a short drive and Erin provides everything you need! Great place to stay! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head.

This was a perfect spot for my family! We were right down the street from our grandparents house on the island. It was clean, comfortable and just as it was described. The location is beautiful with the most gorgeous view of the sunrise. We will definitely be staying here again should we need another place in the future.

Great condo right on the marina at Shelter Cove. It isn’t gated like we initially thought, but that wasn’t a problem. It was safe, clean & quiet. We will definitely be back.

We loved the place and would absolutely stay here again! Awesome location between the beach and great restaurants/playgrounds - all walkable. Super clean and great layout for my husband and I + our 2-year-old to sleep in her own room.
