Well equipped 3 bedroom semi detached cottage situated on a small farm in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Wymbleton Farm has fabulous access to walks and bike trails nearby, neighbouring Holmwood Common and Leith Hill and Holmbury Hill. Try out the 2012 Olympic cycle route around nearby Boxhill. Holmwood station is very close and we are 4 miles from the beautiful market down of Dorking. On-site there is secure off road parking for 2/3 cars and safe storage for bikes and outdoor equipment.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex.
