Real daily life in Naples, far from stereotypes and scenes built especially for tourists who only look for the same city in every place. Undoubtedly a hectic place (beware of you, delicate ears seeking peace), but totally worth living in. And loved. Most of the things you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded by all kinds of shops and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stops and taxi areas are a few meters from home, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and both the airport and port are 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments, you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is a few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is a 15-minute walk from the National Archaeological Museum, the Madre Contemporary Museum and a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompeii, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name a few common destinations. The whole center of Naples, without particular exceptions, is a very active and frenetic place (we are also known for this :D). Popular excitement is an intrinsic and characteristic part of Neapolitan culture, an eternal living theater. For almost all tourists, this reality represents part of the beauty they want to dive into when visiting Naples, but of course everyone is different, has their own history and habits. If you come from very quiet and peaceful areas, you know you are intolerant to chaos, your sleep is so light that even the ticking of a clock can be a problem, we suggest you opt for more residential areas outside the center such as the Vomero, Fuorigrotta or Posillipo area. L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200). Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti l'appartamento, oppure si può prendere la linea 1 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Università che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi (la fermata Duomo è in fase di completamento). A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto da cui partono i traghetti e gli aliscafi per le isole di Ischia, Capri e Procida.

Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
