The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

It is immersed among olive trees and hidden in a small rural paradise just 20 minutes from white sandy beaches and turquoise sea, and just 5 km from one of the most beautiful borgos in Italy: Cisternino. A great destination for any time of the year, here you can always enjoy the mild and sunny climate of southern Italy.

Seasuntour - Traulivi farm villa with private pool

Typical italian villa surrounded by greenery and quiet of a farm. Ideal for those who want to visit Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi coast but enjoy peace and tranquility. One km far from the city center and from Meta train station. The villa is a single building consisting of two private bedrooms, kitchen and living area with 2 sofa beds, two bathrooms. Private terrace and garden with sofas and sun loungers. Seasonal swimming pool, pool table and wood oven with tavern available for guests.

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

You can visit all the city's hidden corners and discover its most characteristic beaches on foot.

A great summer house on perfect location, 10 km away from Dubrovnik connected by public transport, short Uber ride etc. Located in peaceful and beautiful Zaton Bay, green oasis with lovely beaches and clean water. House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
