Nel Parco delle Madonie un delizioso cottage in pietra e legno vi attende per un soggiorno di relax e natura. L'abitazione offre al piano inferiore un ampio living con cucina, divano letto e bagno con doccia e sauna privata. Al piano superiore due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una tripla) e un bagno con vasca (possibile aggiungere culla e/o brandina). La posizione del cottage permette di godere della bellezza del paesaggio circostante, con boschi di querce e faggi e i sentieri da scoprire

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Trastevere Cottage

Make breakfast in a simple galley kitchen and sit on a cozy patio enclosed by a moss-covered stone wall (please put back inside the kitchen chair and table after using them as per condo’s rules). It's easy to soak up the vibe of Trastevere and go exploring from this quaint home. And when the day is done, climb to a comfy sleeping loft. The cottage is located on a hill. To reach the cottage you have to go up the street along a flight of fifty comfortable steps of about 15 cm (6 inches) each.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.

Cottage Giardino dell'Alcantara

Immerso nella rigogliosa campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e a 5 minuti in auto dal mare, il Cottage è dotato di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un ettaro e mezzo di terreno interamente fruibile. E' composto da sala da pranzo, cucina attrezzata, camera da letto con 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno ed ampio e panoramico terrazzo privato con vista sulla Valle dell'Alcantara e sull'Etna.

Cozy Holiday House

A great summer house on perfect location, 10 km away from Dubrovnik connected by public transport, short Uber ride etc. Located in peaceful and beautiful Zaton Bay, green oasis with lovely beaches and clean water. House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
