Monthly Rentals in South Jakarta City

good place, fast response host and overall nice place

Me, my wife and my 1.5 year old stayed here for about 3 weeks. Overal great place (not big, but enough for our needs), close to the AEON Mall (only need to go outside and walk 20 meters) where you find all you needs. The place is not listed to support baby/toddler, so we rented a baby crib ourselves. The owner is very kind response and helpful. We had to ask him a couple of times if it was okay to put something, such as the crib, in the apartment. No problems there whatsoever. One thing to note, the place is in the middle of Jakarta, which is a very busy place day and night. So you can hear the traffic during the night. Though we got used to it.

Alice's place was just perfect for my needs. It's in the heart of Kemang and Central Jakarta is easy to reach as well. The place was perfectly clean and the apartment is equipped with literally everything that one needs for a short or longer stay. The city view in the night is breathtaking. On the daytime there is a huge garbage dump when you look from the balcony. It's not smelly though. Don't forget to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds because there is a lot of islamic chanting going on in the morning.

This is a great place. I think this apartment surpassed expectations. The apartment is great, clean, and matches the photos and description. I would have liked to have extended my stay but it was already booked. Really enjoyed my stay.
