Our outdoor hot tub is a gem for the whole family We offer 7 fishing boats in Lowrancelle and Minkota 70/day. Welcome to a fishing trip to Niemelä. Fishermen have caught big pike-perch and pike. The villa is well equipped for a modern holiday. You can take a closer look at the room spaces in the floor plan pictures. On the beach there is a separate wood-fired sauna, a dressing room and a fireplace room where two can sleep in the summer.

Discover your lost connection with nature. Feel the deep solitude and bliss. Cottage yard includes 3 accommodation buildings. Cottage has a 2-person sofa bed and 140 cm Ikea two person bed. Sauna dressing room has 1 bed, and the sleeping shed has 3 single beds. Each single bed is 70 cm wide. No drinkable tab water available and no water in kitchen. Sauna has water tab & shower. No water toilet with water tab, only traditional dry toilet available. Gas grill and rowing boat included.

Yard cabin Arvo

Relax in this peaceful and stylish space. A courtyard cottage built in the 1800s in the historic Löydön Kartano. Renovated for accommodation, this cottage called Arvo has a fridge, microwave, TV and private bathroom, so you can stay longer. You can visit the Löydön Kartano beach sauna during public sauna shifts free of charge (the sauna is not available during frosts in winter). There are also rowing boats on the beach that you can use for free.

Huvilasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta neljälle sekä lisävuoteet kahdelle. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat yhteistä tilaa. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu. Syrjäinen sijainti tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja hiljaisuutta lomailuun. Mikäli kaipaat lomasi aikana siivousta, huvilan oma robotti-imuri hoitaa sen puolestasi :)

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.

Numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, e.g. walking, cycling, a ski slope right outside the door. Sauna and hot tub can be reserved on site. There is a nature trail in the nearby areas and 200m away on the hill you can see e.g. wartime trenches. Sauna possibility 10€.

Villa Niki

Beautiful home on the shores of Malonen-Saimaa. The place is very quiet and the lake has a good opportunity to see the Saimaa ringed seal. The ringed seal lives in the surrounding area. The lake has good fishing opportunities. In sunny weather, the sun shines all day. The village shop is about 4 km away and the distance to the center of Sulkava is about 24 km.
