Family-friendly holiday rentals in South Padre Island

Rocio’s place was very clean, and close to the beach! She also had beach equipment like a wagon and chairs which came in handy. A bag of ice and coffee were available as well!

It was a great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when we come back! Thank you, Daniel, for the hospitality!

I had a fantastic one week stay at Betty's condo. It's exactly like the pictures, actually a little bit larger than I expected, and the view really is absolutely incredible. It's set on a quieter stretch of beach, but you're still just a couple of minutes walk along the sand to the beach restaurants (Wanna Wanna, for example!). It was very easy to find and get in, Betty gave great instructions. She was also very responsive when I had questions. I was very impressed at how clean the condo was, which is not always easy for a beach property. The bathroom was a good size and had a great shower, along with plenty of towels. Very comfy bed and also comfortable furniture in the living room. I will definitely book again the next time I'm in South Padre!

We had a wonderful time on the private roof top terrace and enjoyed the layout of the apartment. It was nicely furnished and clean. When we had a hiccup he was extremely fast and responsive. The views are breathtaking. I would love to stay here again.

great location and views. the kitchen was well stocked with clean appliances, pots and pans. The door to balcony would have benefited with a lock, especially with kids. We really liked that there was a beach wagon with 3 boogie boards. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful with clear directions. the facilities has clean pools, nice tennis courts and easy walking to beach. overall a very enjoyable stay and would come again.

This home was a great place for our four year old and one year old. Easy to walk to the beach, there was a lot of restaurants near by where we could walk and the locals who stay in this building were extremely friendly. The home was very clean, the host was extremely transparent and the beach access couldn’t have been closer. When you are booking under a few tabs, there is a section that this building charges a resort fee on certain days of the year and when I messaged the host, he was very transparent and clear about it those specific details. Overall this will be our new family vacation spot. Would recommend to anyone.

The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

Our large group had an amazing time! Melinda provided excellent detailed information on the are, which was much appreciated by our whole group. Answered any questions we had right away. The home was just as described. Very close to the beach. Bedrooms were great. Lots of cooking items provided in the kitchen, stove and refrigerator work great. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. Plenty of towels provided for the beach and for the bathrooms. The deck outside and the shower for rinsing off after our daily beach visits were awesome. We recommend the house on Mars for your next visit to SPI. The neighborhood is very quite and close to everything you might need.

We had such a great experience at this beach view condo in South Padre! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. One of the most beautiful locations to stay at! Klaus was amazing in communicating with me and being so flexible. I highly recommended this location if you want the space and best views of SPI you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Saltillo Tile House We loved this place so much—we wish it was ours! We stayed at Leonard’s beautiful home at the beginning of May, while transitioning from Houston to the SPIG community and setting up our new place. The moment we walked in, I fell in love. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the open backyard and the golf course. We especially loved the cozy, pergola-covered back porch overlooking the golf course—it quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset wines. Leonard was a wonderful host, checking in on us and sharing fantastic recommendations in the area. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you’re visiting the area, definitely stay here—you won’t regret it!

Sherrie's place is a sanctuary of creativity and beautiful amenities. It is a unique space filled with treasures Sherrie has carefully curated, and it was an honor to have her share this with us. The location was terrific, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and stores. We have traveled extensively, but this was our first visit to South Padre Island. We have stayed in Airbnb all over, and this, by far, was one of the best! She is also a very attentive and kind host. I accidentally scheduled our departure, and luckily for us, she worked that out with us.

We had a great time over the Father’s Day weekend. The location is great on the beach with a pool. The place is cozy and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

The home itself was clean, cozy, and just as described. Our host was super flexible and even allowed us to check in an hour early, which we really appreciated. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived, we knew the property would exceed our expectations; it was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed. The location is ideal for beachgoers, offering stunning views and direct access. We certainly plan to return with our family to relish the beach experience.

Clean easy check in check out had everything need to cook and clean great beach front view from balcony highly recommend!

The place was totally awesome and we truly loved it. The elevators went out one night about 10 pm, we call Monica and it was repaired sometime in the middle of the night. Thank you Monica for being the perfect host. We couldn't ask for anything else to make it better. Thanks again and we will stay here again if we come back to South Padre.
