It has an enclosed screened patio with outside furniture and a gas grill ( propane tank is not provided). Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's a quiet, relaxing and is in a gated community.
