We loved the Adams house and the hosts were so communicable and helpful! The shower pressure was wonderful and the bed I slept in was so comfortable.

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and very inviting. It had everything I expected and felt like a home away from home. The space was well kept and clearly cared for, which made settling in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location so easy to hop on the highway or run to the store. Spacious for 18 & 21 y.o. to stay with parents they LOVED the bouncy stools and want to get their own. Overall wonderful stay

Cozy space with everything I needed. Hosts were responsive and happy to help (but I didn’t need anything). Easy to drive to everything from location. Highly recommend.

Inge’s place was not entirely as described. The reason for this is the bathroom more importantly the shower / tub combination was dang near like being in a spa! Water pressure was amazing as well as the rain shower plus the handheld shower got you clean fast. I’d stay here just for that reason. The rest of the space is super well done. Easy to move around , comfortable bed, really nicely decorated and well planned layout. It is also located in an area that can get you around easily and quick. Walkable to two local coffee shops, 7-11 near by as well as a small burger place if you just need something quick. I highly recommend you consider this as a stay if you need to be in the SLC area for any reason.

Great location for us and Keith provided everything needed in addition to some lovely extra touches (snacks, earplugs, etc). Place was a good size and host was helpful and responsive. Accurately described that sound does travel between floors. If you’re a light sleeper it’s easy to hear walking and talking at times but they provided earplugs and a white noise machine. Would stay again. Thanks!

Everyone in the process were nice and accommodating, replied to messages in a speedy matter and they were very clear. I would definitely stay there again

Everything about our stay was smooth and easy. Ron and Shannon were very responsive and thoughtful hosts and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Their place was a good home base for us for the weekend and there are some pretty excellent brunch spots within easy walking distance.

We were very pleased with this home. Everything was clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

I did a quick 3-day stay at what I nicknamed Dave’s “Hobbit Exclusive” a cozy, tucked-away gem that felt like a secret getaway. Dave is super cool, friendly, and very helpful he gave me great late-night food spot suggestions right when I needed them. The place was spotless and exactly as described, with a unique charm that made it feel like a hidden gem. Dave’s hospitality definitely made my trip to Utah even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

A lovely spot in a fantastic, walkable location with good transit access AND a secure parking garage. Check-in was a bit complicated, but the provided instructions were very clear and communication was great overall.

Ciara was a great host. When our original rental fell through due to an ac unit issue she set us up in a new unit same day. I really appreciated her for that. The house was clean, easily accessible, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

This is the second time we have stayed at Govin's place. He is very responsive and his unit is perfect for us. He is also very thoughtful in remembering our preferences such as having coffee creamer available in the fridge. Govin's place has served as a very comfortable place for us to stay we we come to SLC and we will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! the studio apartment is so cute and in a fantastic location. Having off street parking was a huge bonus.

Great location with excellent parking right outside the door. Three minor items to be aware of: (1) The bed is soft/saggy, (2) The sliding door to the bathroom isn't completely private, (3) There is a sulfur smell in the kitchen occasionally, I think from the sink vent. Overall, it's a good place for the cost.
