Holiday rentals with beach access in South Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Very clean, great location! We were there for a concert at the England Brothers Park. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hosts were quick to respond with a couple of questions I had.

We stayed for 10 nights, visiting family. It was nice to have a nice place to cook our meals and have some private, quiet time. Kevin and Krissy were very quick to respond when we needed clean linens and such, both were very nice and helpful. Location was great also. Thank you for sharing your place, much appreciated.

The minute we walked in, we felt at home. Juan’s place was perfectly located within the Westchase area and close to restaurants and entertainment. I would for sure stay here again!

we were awed with the place as soon as we hit the threshold. very beautiful and well kept and in a very active location where there is always something to get into in walking distance. Jimmy was very responsive and understanding as well as friendly i would recommend this place to anyone...beds also super comfy felt like home away from home

First I want to start by saying this is one of most relaxing stays I’ve been to. The bed was so comfortable, so as I laid down I instantly fell asleep. The setup inside was perfect made it seem right at home. Outside area was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Jill & John were not only polite but they were very helpful. It them no more than 3 minutes to respond. Great host!! I will definitely be staying again.

Great host, great space and really great experience! I had unexpected company come into town and Mathews place was right around the corner from my house so it worked out perfectly. It’s a really cute house with a great flow and floor plan. It has really nice outdoor space and a story book pathway to the back dock and canal. I’ll definitely book the property again and highly recommend it to anyone reading this!

The house exceeded out expectations and was beautiful! The house was super clean and very well stocked for anything you might want to do right down to pool floats and firewood for the fire pit by the dock. 10 out of 10 recommend!

This home is the perfect place when visiting Tampa FL. The pool was amazing for the kids and myself as well. Highly recommended!!!

The house was perfect for my wife, my dad, my good friend, and myself for the Metallica weekend. I have season tickets for the Bucs, but typically make the 2hr drive back home. Now we have a place to go back to for an extended trip. The pool is great! The house was clean and as advertised. If you are heading to either Raymond James Stadium or Steinbrenner Field, it's about a 15 minute drive depending on traffic. We will definitely be back.

Place was great for just myself staying here for the weekend. I had a good time relaxing here while I was in town for Metallica.

great room in a quiet setting directly across from the water. enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees swim by. waking distance to the beach and restaurants. would def stay again

Scott was a terrific host and we enjoyed our stay in his rental immensely! We were steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach… there was so much to do with the pool, beach, pickleball courts, pier, gym, game room, bags games and 2 on-site restaurants. I also love that there was washer and dryer steps away… so we were able to pack a little lighter! We were lucky enough to see a lot of dolphin activity right behind Hooks Bar and Grill which was also just steps away from our room. We did venture out, traveling to Venice to one of their beaches known for finding shark teeth, which was fun and we did come home with a couple! Scott also made sure to remind us that we were within the last 2 days of the season for the manitee viewing center as well. 5 full days was not long enough and we can’t wait to return! Thanks again Scott for being a terrific host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simone's AirBNB. Simone's property was exactly as described. it's set a ways back in the middle of the property and we experienced little traffic and a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and had all our basic needs for a comfortable stay. The book of suggested things to do and places to eat was super helpful! Im excited to stay again when my travels take me back home to Fla.

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.

It was a very clean place and a great location. We were there to attend an event at Raymond James which was only a short drive, and close enough to the beach to enjoy that as well. The balcony was nice and private. We loved being able to just sit and enjoy the peaceful water view!

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

A hidden gem. It was exactly as described. You can walk to a few restaurants and fish right outside your room. It has a lot of outside amenities. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins daily right outside the room.

My husband and I went to Tampa for a getaway weekend and found Sailport Suites — a very nice place with a responsive and friendly host! The suite was clean and well-stocked with plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen utensils, coffee, and two comfortable queen beds. Beautiful balcony views! The pool area was great, with a food bar on-site. It’s a private, family-oriented property. The elevator was very convenient for us since our room was on the 4th floor. We even saw dolphins right in front of us! Come and have a great time. Thank you, Orit, for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
