Monthly Rentals in South Toms River

Great place, enjoyed my stay, very close to the beach. Pleased and would stay again. Two cons, the beds are a little uncomfortable but do able. Also the cleaning fee is a little high when there isn’t much they have to clean specially since there was no towels or linen.

Michael's unit was as described. easy to get into. we felt safe there. wish we could have taken a walk on the beach or at least on the boardwalk but it was too windy when we stayed there we went off season I can just imagine how busy would be during the summer but there are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood and there's the park about two blocks away. would love to stay there again when we have the chance. the worst thing that happened was Michael Miss took my middle name for my name. LOL

The place was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Bethanie was quick to message back. An overall affordable and easy stay.

Jonathan was an excellent host and we were very happy with our stay. During our stay an unprecedented wildfire struck the local area. The wildfire resulted in a scary situation and the local residents including us had to evacuate the area. Jonathan was extremely proactive in reaching out to check on us and to offer any assistance. This despite also dealing with a potential loss of his own residence nearby. We so greatly appreciated Jonathan and his concern and support. You can’t go wrong with Jonathan as your host. We were very pleased with our stay despite the unforeseen wildfire and would definitely stay here again. If you are considering a vacation in this area we’d recommend a stay here.
