The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

160 Steps is a custom built, luxury 2 bedroom abode… only a few metres from beautiful Yallingup Beach. Walk just 160 steps to white sand and crystal clear waters… you may even see our local pod of dolphins. 160 Steps is at the doorstep of epic surf breaks for the adventurous as well as the shallow calm waters of Yallingup lagoon for a more leisurely experience. Yallingup is in the heart of the Margaret river wine region… only a short drive from world class wineries and restaurants.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

With only a 100 metre walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the Beach House is perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

Abbeys Farm Retreat offers the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The glamping tent is nestled amongst the trees and overlooks the spring fed dam. It blends the freedom of carefree camping with luxuries you would hope to find in an upmarket resort. Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.
