Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place overall was a great stay. Small and convenient. The room was clean and just like the photos. Parking was included which is nice when LA charges $40 a night at hotels. The area doesn’t look safe but it is right next to a high school and it’s a suburban area. It is a quiet area but you are next to a highway so you hear the sirens and police but we didn’t mind it. I think the only thing is there wasn’t coffee to be made in the mornings but there is a coffee maker. If you need a place that’s cheap and convenient I would deff stay here again. We weren’t inside and most of the time exploring so that helped when it came to expenses. Manny is a great host and is very responsive. A small cute studio for a LA culture experience.

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

We had a fantastic two-week stay at Ajay, Julie and Mia's place while my son was participating in a sailing program in Long Beach. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy and very convenient for our SUV. The apartment was spotless, with excellent natural lighting from windows on all sides. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the space was wonderfully quiet—a very relaxing and comfy place for me to work while my son was gone during the day. I walked to the beach 1 - 2 times per day which was one of my favorite things to do while we were there. (It was just a 12 minute walk!) We appreciated having a full grocery store just a few blocks away and enjoyed lots of amazing restaurants close to the property. Ajay and Julie were very responsive and helpful. Thank you! We truly loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Tina & Mike have been wonderful hosts. They provided accurate listing of their place along with photos of parking and entrance which were super helpful. They checked with us from Day 1 until we left for any extra requirements if needed. They have been quick to respond to our messages. Their place is cute and cozy. It is located about 40 min drive from Universal Studios and Irvine. It is a peaceful and private place with good reach to the main spots to visit in LA and near by beaches.

Stan was an exceptional host who made us feel safe and completely at ease. His modern, sparkling-clean home had thoughtful touches like plug-in scent diffusers that created a calming, fresh vibe throughout—a small detail that left a big impression . We also appreciated the electronic bidet, which was culturally perfect for us and added an extra layer of comfort. Stan’s attention to detail and caring communication made all the difference. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Jacky gave very clear instructions on how to get in before I even made it, so I was able to settle in as soon as I got there. The neighborhood was quiet, the area felt safe and the place was very cozy. There was an odd smell from the bathroom - it didn’t smell dirty or anything so I chalk it up to it being a cleaner with a scent I wasn’t familiar with; it did initially give me a headache but after an hour or so, the smell was gone (I don’t think it would bother the normal guest and it’s more my own problem). Overall, a very quaint, affordable and private spot; I would definitely recommend it.

Ann’ space was the perfect spot for a night to sleep peacefully. The space itself had everything my friends and I needed for a pleasant stay. Ann is an extremely proactive and communicative host who was always available if need be. Her friendly and calm approach was such a relief to encounter and I highly recommend staying at any of her spaces if you’re planning a a trip and need a place to stay!

Very peaceful and felt private even though there’s the main house right there. Great open space in the house for dogs to play and good AC to sleep nice and cozy! The hosts were very friendly. Neighborhood felt safe and was good for walking the dogs.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!
