The four of us enjoyed our stay. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, (which is one of the criteria I look for in an Airbnb) there were plenty of towels, linens and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Jani.

I cannot begin to explain how lovely Linda’s place is. The house is adorable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. We spent so much time in the back garden. It’s a tranquil paradise. Very dog friendly with the yard being fenced all the way around. Linda is an amazing host. Very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back. Thank you, Linda.

This house was wonderful! It has great, working AC units in many rooms that work fast for hot days. The TV and projector are up to date with streaming platforms and a high-quality sound system. There’s a Bluetooth speaker system that connects throughout the house and is very easy to use. He also offers to clean everything up for you after, which allows for a comfortable check-out experience. I would highly recommend this house. Clean, affordable, technologically up to date, and caring host. Also, many extra towels and blankets!!

Was looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and spend time with our furry friend. Tod’s place is a literal treehouse, but with modern amenities, and did not disappoint. Tod was very helpful in making sure we understood how some of the systems of the house worked upon our arrival. This place makes a great base of operations for the numerous outdoor activities surrounding the area. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Rocky's place. The property was beautiful, private and comfortable. The home had everything we needed and more. It was centrally located and nice to be so close to the local mountain store and the lake. Rocky and Sean were very responsive and we greatly appreciated it! We would definitely book this property again!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. It’s walking distance to the town square and tucked away just off the main road so you are away from the noise. There’s also a beautiful walking path out the back gate. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. I have no complaints!

Beautiful surroundings and accommodating sleeping and bathroom arrangements. I appreciate the nespresso! Lots of towels and comfortable places to sit and hang out and eat. Pool was so wonderful. To have a pool to one’s self is so great! We will return!

This was the most amazing Airbnb! The home was beautiful, the private lake was awesome and the pool and huge spa were perfect for our family vacation! We all fished off the private dock and out in the lake using the paddle boat and the kayaks. We caught smallmouth bass and crappie’s. Such a great time for everyone especially the grandkids. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is immaculate and well stocked. There are 2 fire pits, one by the lake and one on the patio. It was stocked with firewood and kindling. They truly thought of everything for a comfortable stay. This place has everything for the perfect vacation! We never left to go do anything else! We will be back next summer. Thank you!

My friend and I stayed overnight and we are smitten. When we arrived we found the most charming house surrounded by the peaceful sounds and sights of nature. The house may be small but it doesn’t disappoint. The kitchen has a good assortment of all the basics you will need to enjoy your meal. There is a stove top (only), microwave and toaster oven to prepare food. The living room is comfy and cozy and stocked with DVDs from the host. The bathroom has complimentary products for the standing shower if you forget yours at home. Up the spiral stairs is the bedroom and it’s a magical little haven. The bed is soft yet firm and the pillows are heavenly! There is a small balcony off of the bedroom and it’s lovely for stargazing. Let’s not forget my favorite part: the deck tub. Do not underestimate bathing under the stars listening to Pink Floyd. They even left us a bath bomb (so thoughtful) Don’t forget to wander off to the lake but pack light if you walk!

This wonderful little cabin was a great place to spend a getaway weekend with my son. The peaceful, wooded surroundings provided the relaxing backdrop I was looking for and my son was delighted with the wood burning stove. He discovered that the pine cones that were suggested as fire starters did a great job and he had a great time replenishing their supply from the woods around the cabin.

Omgosh this place is so cute. I came in town to visit family by myself and I felt very safe. I used the pool everyday. I will for sure be back. Very nice and helpful host.

Lovely and intimate home, squeaky clean with all the amenities you could need and touch of that rustic charm you go to the Sierras for. The Casita allows for privacy (and keeping snorers apart) while functioning as a nice little hangout and sunroom in its own right. Rebecca is an excellent and responsive host as well - you can trust her recommendations. I went for the peace and quiet and got exactly what I was looking for. Spent a wonderful few days reading and working on crafting hobbies with the music of raindrops and the warmth of the gas stove heater. Being able to see neighboring properties kept it from feeling isolated, while the pitch black nights and silence helped feel remote. I would advise planning your meals and bringing supplies, since weather can make getting into town a bit harder, but if you don't, the Mother Truckers convenience store has everything you could need, from fresh produce to organic ice cream.

We really liked this place. Rural, very scenic. The cabin is very well constructed and well maintained. Nice step-in shower. Good kitchen. Bring food. There aren’t many dining choices nearby. The trading post at Dutch Flat is surprisingly well stocked, which is a good thing because the mini-mart/gas station at the Dutch Flat off ramp is the only other place around to get provisions.

The cabin was such an amazing get away. The location is perfect — 10 min from the Yuba and Nevada City. The cabin is cozy but with everything you could need. And the sauna, tub, and outdoor shower made it feel like we had our own private spa. Will definitely be back again!

Nicole and her Rental were absolutely perfect. The price is amazing for all that it offers. Private pond, beautiful surroundings, the RV is updated and perfect and very accommodating for our two pups! My daughter caught her first fish in the pond and will absolutely remember the trip. Highly recommended and would most definitely visit again! Thanks again Nicole, it was a perfect little getaway for my family!

My spouse and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with our two dogs. It is such a peaceful, relaxing spot and our dogs really enjoyed being able to explore the yard (which was entirely fenced). We had nice weather and used the grill for dinner both nights which was great. The cows and pigs were around as well and we fed them treats that were provided - so fun! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay with beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful setting with lovely creek just below the cabin. Dante was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was ok. He made it clear the sleeping quarters required use of ladder and bathroom is an outhouse. Great price and nice getaway.

Heather's place was peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck while the sun went down. The outdoor shower is an absolute delight with pretty immediate hot water. The place was nice and clean and smelled nice and clean which I really appreciated! Thanks Heather!

Julia is an amazing host! She was able to host us last minute and her instructions on how to get there and self-check in were simple and exact. We didn’t get a chance to ask her for local recommendations, but know she would have provided a plethora of advice if we needed it. The cottage was the perfect size for us and an absolute lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life, only minutes away from the city life! Everything was cozy, comfy, and well thought out. We brought our 16 month old son with us and he loved every minute and square inch of the place, while we had the greatest time soaking in the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the inside space to the fullest during our short stay. We only wish it could accommodate our 2 older college-aged kids to come with us as well, but with the couch and additional bedding, it just might! Anyway, we’d recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area. Every. Time. A must book!
