we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

There is also a courtyard with garden furniture and a garage that is kept in the same style as the house. The house is about 275 years old and has previously served as a tavern for the better citizenry. The cozy living rooms are preserved with respect for the history of the house. The house is within walking distance of forest, beach and shopping.
