a beautiful home in a stunning location. Mandalay had everything we needed for a weekend away. Very spacious accommodation with extensive outside space. Great value for money. we loved it.

Great peaceful location. Didn't realise it was a static home but it was really nicely done out. Huge TV with Netflix (kids super happy in the evening!) Communication was great and The Boathouse restaurant which was a few minutes walk away was so great. Lovely location and great food. Really well placed for exploring the local area and gorgeous beaches.

Stayed at Diannes for 5 days. Flat was clean with everything you needed for a nice holiday. Garden safe for the dog and even dog bowls provided would definitely go again

A lovely cottage, with all the amenities and comfy beds in a great location. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay and, in particular, the view of the sea, watching the boats sail by, the rabbits and pheasants on the lawn, the woodland walk/costal walks, quirky shops at the fort, being on Yarmouth's doorstep, lighting a real fire at night and sleeping peacfully after a day exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight. A big thank you to our hosts for arranging discounted ferry tickets and a lovely welcome pack. We may be back for more of the same!

We had a great few days in Southbourne. The flat is very smart and there are great sea views from the balcony. It's a fairly quiet neighbourhood most of the time but the beach is popular with locals when the sun comes out. The two pubs nearby are ok for a quick drink, but it's worth the 5 minute drive into Christchurch to find nicer watering holes and eateries. We had trouble finding a parking space a couple of times but even when we had to park on the sea front, we could still see the car from the flat. Tanyth was very proactive with communications, checking in with us prior to arrival and during the stay. We had no issues but I am sure she would have responded quickly if we had.

Lovely house very child friendly. A great location. Would use again as all enjoyed the week. Only criticism, it could do with a bucket and spade on site. We brought a cheap one and left it there.

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

Very close to the sea, lots of space, excellent communication from Chris. This annex is bigger than the photos show, we stayed here with our two year old and three month old and there was plenty of space for two cots in the bedroom with lots more space to spare. Chris kindly leant us a travel cot, checked in on us and his partner even gave us some pancakes for our toddler for breakfast when she had made too many. Would definitely recommend, very close drive to new Milton, Lymington, highcliffe (lovely sandy beach) and Christchurch to name a few places.

The caravan was absolutely spotless, it was lovely having the two decks, we had lunch on the dining table outside when the weather was so nice. We had everything we needed in the caravan, lots of kitchen bits for cooking and wifi was very good. It was ever so peaceful where our caravan was and everyone was friendly. The club house was lovely, it was so nice to be in such a dog friendly place. The amenities for children were brilliant too. We absolutely loved our stay, we are gutted there is no availability in the summer to come back, but we can see why, its just beautiful. The hosts were brilliant and very accommodating x

We had a lovely stay - it was great for the kids especially the green outside for them to run around. It was also very good value for money.

Carly, the host, makes you feel so welcome with all the finishing touches, with a lot of thought out into making your stay so comfortable and home from home. It’s immaculate, clean with everything you need. Great location.

We needed a place to stay to visit my daughters and to check out the local area as we are looking to move to the area. The accommodation was just the ticket. It was easy to find and was walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. It was very clean, and they provided everything we needed (particularly like the welcome pack). The instructions were spot on, and they even provided details regarding local shops and restaurants. It was certainly big enough, with a very spacious living area and kitchen. All in all an amazing experience. Thank you!

We stayed here for just over a week with our three children -everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and it was a nice place to use as a base for going to the beach/Hengistbury Head. Lovely holiday!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming chalet! It was everything we hoped for and more. The space was spotlessly clean, and everything worked perfectly — from the appliances to the heating, it was all set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ian and Jane were fantastic hosts, always communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. They made the check-in process easy, and the chalet was easy to find. The parking was hassle-free, and the amenities were all clean and well-maintained. The value for money is exceptional, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

We had a lovely time in Richard's place. Everything was as described and immaculately clean. He was very responsive and gave us very clear instructions and very useful tips on local restaurants, things to do etc. The hot tub was amazing and the girls enjoyed using the swimming pool. The location is ideal to get to the Needles, Alum Bay, Freshwater etc and the local beach is an absolute plus! Thanks Richard!

The property was lovely. exactly what I expected and more! Everything was squeaky clean upon arrival and was very impressed with the complimentary popcorn, biscuits, tea, coffee and milk upon arrival. Very nice touch indeed! We was surprised to see such a vast selection on games which kept us entertained for the one day where rain decided to make an appearance for a full day! All in all we had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend and even book again to stay here. I would like to make a special shout out to Jemma who tends to the property as she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is plain sailing. My niece left her luggage after checking out, Jemma took the time to message me and arranged for us to retrieve the bag despite us having left the area so thank you for that Jemma! Thank you for the stay, was great!!

Had a fantastic stay. The flat was in a perfect location and very clean and comfortable. It had all we needed for a relaxing break. Duncan was very helpful in giving information about the flat and also local recommendations. We would love to return, hopefully before too long.

Loved it so much, such an amazing location just a small walk away from the beach, with loads of shops and restaurants just nearby. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures, very cosy and quiet. Was very kid friendly and my two young children loved the toys that were provided. We will definitely be staying again.

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Great that the lovely clean beach is just across the road. Lots of fun memories made. Elaine is a lovely, communicative host. Thankyou Elaine from us all.

For any parents travelling with young twins, don’t let the steps put you off! 32 steps (I counted) and only took me 2 or 3 trips to get all of our stuff up into the apartment. There is a travel cot provided but we brought our own two and there is space for both in the main bedroom without having to move anything about. It’s a great location for both Boscombe and travelling into Bournemouth. The apartment does get warm but the main bedroom does stay cool and the blackout blind works great. Apartment was clean and tidy. Beds are nice and firm. Everything you need is there.

We stayed in Southbourne last year and knew what we were looking for. Stratton Oak ticked all our boxes. Modern property in perfect location. The accommodation is maintained to a very high standard.
