Candice is an excellent host. She is also extremely kind. Clear communication. Nice, cozy and tidy place. I booked this place for my friend's family for one day. Their feedback was that it was a lot better than a hotel. Will definitely use again whenever we need to. Best part is that there is no neighbours so you get the whole floor to yourself. Sainsbury's is just opposite. Very close to high street. Would absolutely recommend especially if you have kids. They will love it.

We had the most amazing stay at Paula’s flat. She had thought of everything for both us and our dogs! The flat is beautifully decorated with so many quirky bits and pieces to look at. Thanks for the dog treats and the yummy caramel shortcakes, a lovely touch too. Loved Whitstable too….. we can’t wait to come back very soon😊

Had a lovely stay from beginning to end. Janet was there to greet us and show us round. The home is spotless and has everything you need. Beautiful little garden area at the front that has the sun in the mornings. Short walk into Gravesend for restaurants. When I come back to Kent to catch up with friends I shall definitely stay again.

This lovely flat was a great home base for my extended, five week stay. It had everything I needed to feel at home, easy access to London and much of Kent via public transportation, all the amenities I needed, multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and a helpful host. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

Stayed here for a few days in early June. The property is in a fantastic location a few minutes walk from the centre with lots of restaurants, shops, pubs, coffee shops nearby. Having parking is a godsend. Peter was an amazing host, very responsive & helpful, knowledgeable about the area & gave us some really good recommendations on things to do & places to eat etc... Would definitely recommend & we hope to come back in the future

Had an enjoyable three night stay, in a very comfortable 2nd floor flat. Beds, sheets and pillows fabulous. Two large bedrooms with small en-suites. Norman was excellent in responding to any queries we had. On site parking great, near to a bus stop but didn’t use it. We walked into town down a gentle hill, but there is a large car park at the bottom of the hill, if the distance is too far, this is very close to the town. There is noise from the road outside but as long as windows closed not so bad. We live in a very quiet area so probably more noticeable for us. Heater and air con tower in each of rooms . Everything we needed was available. Whitstable lovely, nice shops, harbour nice too as is walk along boardwalk to the old Neptune. Tankerton slopes also lovely.

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

Carol, was the perfect host. A beautiful house, immaculate, modern and just perfect for a short or long term stay. The location was in the country side with beautiful, relaxing walks. Yet local to all amenities and a short drive to Chelmsford and the train station to London and coastal towns. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Robert was a great host and quick to fix any minor issues. Super house in a quiet area. I was working in the area but if you are a bird watcher there is lots to do. The local pub was very welcoming too. The loo is downstairs which may worry some but was fine with us. The garden was dog friendly as it was fully enclosed. The decor is super stylish.

We had a quick but lovely stay. The house is super cute and cozy and well located. Karen and her family were very friendly and made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Bernadette was responsive and went over and above in accommodating my early flight arrival and late departure. The apartment had guests departing on my arrival but Leanne still managed to have it cleaned and ready for me to check in (early), thank you. If you are looking for a place that is literally 45mins from London (by train, station across the road), 5mins walk to Leigh Broadway with its shops and restaurants, and all the creature comforts of home, this is your place to stay.

Lovely place to stay, loved the bedrooms that were different styles. Close to Whitstable and the use of the private lake was a nice bonus as we do paddled boarding. Perfect 👌

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

The place was fantastic and the hosts are very communicative. Check-in was smooth, and all the facilities worked well. The kitchen has all the things you would need for a short or long stay, and the washer&dryer combo was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay and the pub in walking distance is an absolute bonus

We have never been to Herne Bay . As it such fine weather ,and rather than me paying silly prices for a hotel in London, we found this gem . It very near the beach and the facilities Herne Bay had to offer were fantastic , both busy and quiet and great notices of local facts eg Amy Johnson. Also easy walk from railway station. Followed up the hosts recommendation of local facilities and saw fabulous sunset from the pub . The host answered very quickly the one query we had . Would recommend for even singles, as it felt a safe area , as well as couples with or without children, or in our case a doggy . All facilities for him also .
