Had a wonderful stay on Kate's property. I received a warm welcome when I arrived and felt right at home with everything I needed. The guest suite is both roomy and cozy with a well appointed kitchen, comfy bed, generous towels, and great lounge and work spaces. One of the mornings I woke up to sunshine pouring in, and could hear the autumn breeze blowing outside to the beautiful sound of windchimes. It was an idyllic fall morning in the woods. I highly recommend Kate's place and would stay again.

We had a great time! Andra was very communicative and proactive. The place was wonderful. The view out back was awesome, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the back deck and fire pit area were exceptional. I wish we had stayed more than two nights.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Kathleen and John truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and you feel right at home during your stay. We were greeted with warmth and comfort during our entire visit, and are already planning on staying with them again next time!

We had a great stay. Leah was so kind and friendly. The house and area are beautiful. So much to do! But our three year old daughter loved playing in the small toy closet at Leah’s house the most! Thank you.

This is our third time staying at Raven’s Nest and we absolutely love it! We feel so at home there and everything you could ever imagine is right there at your disposal. The hosts think of everything and have it readily available. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a warm, comfortable, friendly, and Homie atmosphere.

Amy's place was perfect for what we needed. Clean and well kept on a beautiful farm. No kitchen available, but that was ok, we didn't need one, the small fridge to use was convenient. Bring your own drinking water or fill from the bathroom. The bed was too firm for my partner but he used the couch cushions. We attended a concert both nights and arriving late night was not a problem at all. I highly recommend and would totally return if in the area. And her art is beautiful.

This was a great place to relax during a recent trip to southern NH. Chris always responded to any questions I had prior to my arrival, and was a super friendly host! My friend and I both enjoyed the accommodations, conversations with Chris, and meeting his friendly dog :). If you’re looking for a peaceful and hassle free place to stay in the area, look no further!

Loved John’s place in Cape Neddick! Convenient to multiple seaside towns making sightseeing a breeze and loved being a short easy walk to the beach for beautiful beach days. Listening to the ocean each night was a dream. Don’t sleep on his restaurant recommendations, they were all amazing. Would love to visit again!

Doug’s place was perfect! The place was very clean and great for what we were looking for. The location was perfect for either a nice walk or quick drive into the city. We would definitely rent again.

Bob and Judy were very responsive and helpful in getting us checked in. The place was very cozy and felt right at home, a they even gave us some snacks and drinks in the fridge. The location was about 15 min drive away from Portsmouth and Kittery, so it was very convenient.

We loved our stay in Durham at this airbnb. The house was clean and very comfortable. All of the amenities helped to make us feel right at home. The outdoor kitchen was organized and neat. It was so peaceful. Brigitte was a fantastic host. One of the few times I have come back from vacation feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.

We are repeat visitors at this clean, comfortable, quiet location. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, attentive & available while totally non intrusive. The property is a small, well maintained farm with an impressive veggie garden, flowers & a healthy, happy flock of chickens. Parking is a few steps from a private entrance into a very quiet, new apartment with skylights & a very comfortable bed. Having a washing machine & dryer in the unit is a plus. Being greeted with a bottle of wine & water bottles was totally appreciated. We enjoyed coffee on the private deck overlooking the back yard, a pond & woods. We will be back

The Nest was very easy to find, clean, and well appointed with filtered water, snacks, and toiletries that far exceeded my expectations. It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed as guests of a weekend wedding. I would stay here again if I needed lodging in the area. My minor nitpicks are the shower water pressure leaves something to be desired, the window AC takes a while to cool the space, and one must take great care not to allow bugs in when entering on a warm night. Overall, great place at a very fair price and the host did a wonderful job making it feel comfortable and safe!

Exceptional, beautiful, and spacious. Just needed a place to spend the night prior to picking up the boat the next day. It’s so easy to check-in and soooooo much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We needed accommodation during a cycling challenge along the entire east coast of America and somewhere that we could rest quietly and comfortably. This property was perfect. Immaculately clean, cosy, very roomy and extremely well finished. We loved having the laundry facilities and a lovely garden to sit in and relax. So much love and effort has gone into this little place with so many lovely touches like games and books etc Can highly recommend!

Great location and very charming location. Was very comfortable. Great kitchen with a gas stove and all the necessary implements for cooking meals. Cole and his wife were very responsive and helpful with questions that i had and they even left us with a bottle of wine and cookies when we arrived which was splendid as it was our anniversary. The location was super close to the covered bridge, the Echo Lake State Park and the Kancamagus, as well as US 302 which were in prime fall colors during our stay.

Great location! The beach was walkable as was the main OOB strip. The space was as described and clean. Robert was very responsive and great with recommendations.
