Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Southsea

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Manor Court. The building (which is really interesting in itself as an old set of squash courts) has been really tastefully converted and is extremely well appointed. We were a group of 9 and all felt very comfortable and had plenty of room. Alison was very forthcoming and helpful with my (several) questions, and the location of the house is fantastic from which to go and explore the Chichester Harbour area. We loved playing cricket in the garden and sitting round the fire pit with a drink, sharing stories! Thanks Alison for a brilliant stay, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Great stay in the Annex, the hosts were amazing and the location was perfect for what we needed. The annex was actually much bigger than we expected so we were pleasantly surprised. Hopefully we can return one day when our daughter is slightly older 😂

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Great communication and lovely that the owners popped by to say hello. The cottage was spotless, extremely comfy beds and very well equipped. So lovely to receive fresh eggs, milk, butter, bread,cake and prosecco - such a lovely touch. We would love to come again thank you

We had the most amazing stay at Andrea & Arnie’s home The house was clean and tidy We arrived to some cakes too which was a lovely touch! The outdoor area was such a lovely little sun trap, we had perfect weather and enjoyed sitting and soaking up the sun before I got married in Chichester on Friday! The amount of crockery, glassware & dishes available to prepare and serve food and drink in was fantastic! Location was fabulous, just a 20 minute walk to the marina where we enjoyed lunch at the boathouse restaurant Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous home for us to enjoy for 3 days 💜

Great house in a great location, walkable to the beach. Dog friendly house and garden. Three spacious bedrooms. Great places to eat; The Wittering, Drifters and The Crown and Anchor.

What can I say? apart from 'WOW' ! We booked Xander's Tall House for the IOW festival w/e for our daughter and son to join us with their partners and we were looking for a family orientated space with ample facilities. This house delivered in every aspect - and more! Xander is an exemplary host from the point of booking and throughout our stay being very responsive and super helpful. From opening the front door we knew that we were in for a treat! Beautifully furnished with a homely feel, a fabulous rustic kitchen which opens out onto the cutest courtyard garden for dining and which we made good use of. Loads of space with 2 sitting rooms on different floors together with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms there was plenty of room to spread out as well as be together! The absolute icing on the cake however has to be the location. A 2 minute walk from Bembridge's array of little shops and also the beach! Wow! This house is a gem and we had a wonderful stay. My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

Very well looked after, surrounded by nature loved it I would definitely come with my family next time

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

loved our stay and will definitely be back. our boys were thrilled it was a real train carriage but it's so tastefully done inside it was a pleasure to stay in. for reference a narrow travel cot does fit in one of the bedrooms (host wasn't sure it would when I booked). just loved it, perfect stay

We had the most amazing stay! We were made to feel really welcome, communication was quick and easy and the space itself is so gorgeous with incredible views! This is a lovely and comfortable place to stay set in superb countryside. The gardens and facilities are great, and my son and I particularly enjoyed playing on the pool table. It’s definitely a place to revisit and we would recommend it 100 percent.

Ideal location for village green and shops Short walk to the sea. Coffee on the green from paddles with cinnamon buns a must do. Lovely calm comfortable base with great shower and full kitchen with proper knives even. We will be back

We had a lovely stay at Oddfellows. Cazzy and Fred were very welcoming and friendly. We felt like at home in our cosy annex to the main house, it was exactly like in the pictures. Complimentary food offered (milk, eggs, bread, butter, jam etc.). 3 nights at the end were too short! Cazzy was very flexible also for the checkout time. A thousand thanks! Mil gracias! Frensham is a beautiful, idyllic mix of lovely countryside and village life. The accommodation put us in a perfect spot for amazing walks, river dip on the way back from the lovely HollyBush pub, and early morning lake swim (along side my dog). What an absolute treat. Saw greenfinches and nesting wrens while relaxing in the pretty garden. Thank you. We love where you live.

Couldn’t have asked for more; it’s a beautifully crafted space set in a completely private part of the property, with a charming interior giving you everything you need for a short stay. The hot tub and outside features were a brilliant addition. Alexia and James couldn’t have done more to accommodate and made us feel really welcome. There are enough shops and walking trails nearby for convenience, and James gave us some great local advice. We were offered fresh milk and baked bread which was such a lovely touch. 100% recommend, we hope to return some day :)

Me and my boyfriend spent two nights here the cabin was super cute and the outdoor area was lovely. Easy drive to national park where there was a village with cute pubs and tearooms. Beautiful scenery. 20mins from the coast which was lovelyyy!! Forrest right out the back of the cabin which you could then walk to a pub in 20mins or so ideally good to have a car but if your looking to have a relaxing stay and not leave this is perfect. BBQ set up and hot tub was lovely. Very peaceful.

We were looking for a staycation where we could just relax and unwind and this place was just perfect. The care and attention put towards this place is fantastic. Could not fault a thing, the outside space is just amazing. The pool and jacuzzi, both very good size, were so private and well maintained. We will certainly be visiting again. Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! Words can’t even begin to describe how magical it is. The location is absolutely stunning, like something out of a postcard. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.....for the beautiful tranquil space and setting and for the super-kind and welcoming hosts. This is a little paradise that provides all the comforts of home and with some beautiful walks on the doorstep. Janie and Paul are incredibly hospitable and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay such a relaxed, comfortable and peaceful one as I was in transition during a house move.

I enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful stay at The Studio. The place was spotless with everything you could possible need for a restful stay and Alison was a wonderful host with easy communication.
