What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Always a cosy and warm stay at spring gardens. Was especially nice getting in from the cold weather to the lovely warm flat. Would recommend to anyone exploring the area.

Incredible location, especially if you are a sailor. Constant parade of vessels heading out to the Solent all visible from the patio. Only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. A delightful small town. Not inexpensive but a very nice apartment with easy parking and entry. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely quiet and comfortable place Karen was a wonderful host and the finishing touches were appreciated. karwn kept in touch and was fkexible in terms of check in and out. Tasteful decor and comfortable bed . I fully recommend this property and host.

A perfect place for my wife and two boys. Central to various locations, peaceful surroundings and plenty of room . The place was great. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, lazy sofas and a great breakfast bar to enjoy a family breakfast. The washing facilities has also eased the workload when we get home too haha. A home from home and we'll definitely be back everytime we travel down.

We had a wonderful stay at Luke and Lilley’s Airbnb over Christmas! The location was excellent, with a big supermarket just a 5-minute drive away, which made everything super convenient. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the bedrooms were incredibly spacious. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having fresh towels provided in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing Christmas dinner easier. A special highlight was the festive touch—they went above and beyond by putting up a Christmas tree and decorations, making the place feel cozy and festive for the holidays. Communication with Luke and Lilley was smooth and prompt, and they were very accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet and convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Just a couple of small suggestions: adding a curtain or blind to the front door would help with privacy, and the internet connection was a bit slow for streaming YouTube on the TV. Other than that, everything was great—we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage in a wonderful private garden setting. The cottage has been fitted out and decorated to an extremely high standard with everything working perfectly. The shower was so powerful and even the crockery and glasses were good quality. The location is very quiet and peaceful with some good walks directly from the cottage and there are interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. We didn't use the games room or tennis court but it was nice to have access to them. Natalie was the perfect host - unobtrusive but very helpful if required. Would strongly recommend.

Lovely Airbnb! very cosy and well maintained. Close to amenities and transport links to Portsmouth and Chichester and surrounding areas. Private parking also which is a bonus and great communication from Katie and Michael. We would definitely love to return again when visiting family in the area.

Bread, butter, milk and wine, as well as an earlier arrrival time, was much appreciated. Very speedy responses from Geoff to any queries we had. Great house and host. Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

We had a very lovely stay at Amy’s place. Amy had sent us very helpful instructions on how to find the place, access the home and parking. The welcome manual also included additional information on what to do in the area. The location was really good and a bonus was having a private parking space. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Rockpools is a lovely comfortable downstairs apartment in a great location. It’s a building with a characterful history and we’ve now stayed here three times, which tells you something about both the accommodation and the area. Hard to beat! Thank you Katie, I’m sure we’ll be back again!

We only stayed for one night but found it a very convenient apartment for enjoying Chichester and the local area.

I had a 1 night stay at Julie's place with a couple of old friends from Portsmouth Uni. It was the perfect location for us to reminisce whilst taking a stroll along Albert Road and close enough to walk to the seafront via the boating lake. The flat was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery/cutlery etc. The bath towels were lovely - large and soft. Julie left us parking permits and all three of us easily parked on the road. Julie left a nice welcome gift of bread and biscuits and there was also tea, coffee, milk, butter. We will definitely look to book again next year.

Very professional experience with good communication, good property clean and tidy. Any questions were answered clearly, instructions to get into the property could’ve been clearer, other than that a very clean experience

This is a lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful and a pleasure to stay in.
