The villa is located in a quiet and serene countryside area 15 minutes from the Apulian capital and 20 minutes from the sea. You'll love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces and the location. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). N.B: The swimming pool can be used from June to September. In the villa, there is a couple of caretakers and my parents in different apartments

1820 Marè è un’antica abitazione facente parte di una struttura storica risalente al 1820 da cui nasce il nome della stessa, originariamente utilizzata dai pescatori locali dove attraccavano le proprie barche e riparavano le reti. L’appartamentino è situato sul lungomare Marcantonio Colonna di Molfetta, in pieno centro, posizione incantevole, a ridosso del centro storico, a pochi passi dal borgo antico, dalla villa comunale e dal porto.
