Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sozopol

We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and makes grills and pizza, on site or to take away for prices from another time, a meat dumplings is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Hi, We remember the stay very fondly. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We were very nicely greeted by Gergana's nice parents. They took care of our well-being and provided us with all the help on the spot. We were treated to a traditional Bulgarian dish, Banica, prepared by the hosts. We also received a jar of fig jam. Everything was delicious. Gergana's mother even brought us traditional white cheese from Burgas. As for the area, it is a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. We walked to the beautiful beach in 10 minutes. There were very few people on the beach, but the food outlets, as for the time before the season, were already open. It is worth having a car to be able to visit nearby towns, Sozopol, Nesbar and others. We are very grateful for everything and we will definitely want to come back to this place. Pay attention to the address when you go. The hosts are very sweet people, a quiet and calm neighborhood. We didn't have a problem outside of the address

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was walking distance to old town Sozopol with a gorgeous view of the sunset. There is a bit of stairs, so be mindful. It was away for most of the city noise, but you can hear some music at night (if you want the evening breeze). The place was well organised and equipped. Lovely setting with perfect level of comfort and worth throughout price. Suitable for couple getaway or family vacation.Hopefully, we would be back rather sooner than later.

The place was clean, cozy, same as in the pictures. Nothing was missing like furnishings and crockery. The complex is peaceful with controlled access. Having a parking space was a big advantage. The hosts were gracious and communicative. We had a wonderful holiday there.

We had a nice stay, the apartment matches the description, clean, well-equipped, not far from the beaches, shops and especially the old town, Petra was responsive to messages, we recommend it

The place was clean and tidy, equipped with absolutely everything you may need even for a longer stay. The location is quiet, yet very close to the center and the beach. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. It was a pleasure to be a guest there. I'd strongly recommend Bendita House for both family and business trips.

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

A great place with easy access to the Sea Garden and city center, as well as lots of shops nearby. Felt right at home.

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, making it suitable for families or couples who prefer to cook. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring the surroundings. As a bonus, the complex offers a swimming pool and an outdoor gym, perfect for staying active and relaxed at the same time. A truly wonderful place for an unforgettable vacation!

Very large apartment, large terrace located by the pool. The host is quick to respond. Also cleaning service with change of towels and bed linen was surprising and pleasant. The location is great: beautiful pools with free sunbeds and umbrellas, well-kept and supervised complex, the sea in 1 min walk, great views of the sea. Shopping, excursions such as Aquapark or old town Nessebar nearby, eating nearby. Oven and stove function flawless. The dishes were immediately added on request, we were finally able to cook everything. Out of 3 beds are 2 top, one has a very laid mattress. The crib is good. Already well-versed upholstered furniture, but was still okay. Wifi in the rooms is good. We recommend the place.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

Great studio in a lovely location. It's spacious, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Fast internet which was important to me because I work from home. Although my stay was outside of the high summer season I was pleasantly surprised. The complex is an ideal place for walking and relaxing. Extremely easy communication with Silvia, who gave me helpful guidance on places and restaurants to visit around Sozopol. I recommend!
