Our stay at Sarandos' house was really great! From the beginning of our communication we understood that we are dealing with a professional who respects his property and his clients. Our arrival was easy and gave us a very pleasant surprise as the house was in a very beautiful and quiet part of the city that was close to many activities. In person it's even nicer and cared for in every detail. Spotless, cool, and with privacy. The garden creates a great atmosphere and can be used throughout the day. Sarantos, willing to help us and immediately supplies everything we needed. His kindness and friendliness made us feel very comfortable. We thank him very much and hope to be back soon! Lovely cozy, nice and clean apartment. But be careful = use of a single room if you arrive at 2 when we see 2 on the site! If you don't want to sleep together … someone gets the couch! And remember to bring Quies balls because the Greeks can be noisy at night or in the morning ... 😬

Very good apartment with all amenities for a family who likes to cook their meals in the kitchen and George was considerate enough to arrange a baby chair as well. Area is peaceful and still just 5-10 min walk to the main square where you have plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Recently renovated apartment, well furnished and with all amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, as well as TVs). Perfect location to experience the lively center of Kalamata, convenient also for the Marina, which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The cleanliness was impeccable, the quality of the sponges was also good. Highly recommended!

The room is located in an estate with various trees giving you the opportunity to get close to nature and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the host offered our son crayons to paint on the floor of the courtyard, something that made him very happy since it was the first time he went to an accommodation. Thank you for the hospitality, we will see you again.

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

The listing matches the photos well It is very clean and functional The view is splendid and the sunset is just beautiful Direct access to the pool is a + Air conditioning is very useful and works great We had the residence for 4 days on our own For us he didn't have a lot of negative things: the path to the residence is pebbled yes but didn't bother us at all The wifi is not very good .. a shower mat would have been helpful and especially a few pots and pans and others for cooking . Only a pot I say ONLY a pot was available! I think you can fix this quickly to make your place just PERFECT I still recommend this rental
