Monthly Rentals in Spathies Beach

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

The location of the place was not very easy to arrive with every car and there was some spots that your car might get hit under in both roads that you can take to go there. Everything else was perfectly fine, clean , peaceful and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, two lovely terraces, and a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates up to six people. Everything you could possibly need for everyday life is provided—plenty of dishes, cooking essentials, spices, and even air conditioning in every room. There’s also a washing machine, making it feel like a true home away from home. Dimitris's hospitality was exceptional. He stocked the fridge with water, juice, wine, and even surprised us with a bottle of homemade ouzo as a gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Kind and helpful hosts. Ideal for families. Clean and modern accomodation with more than everything you need for peaceful and fun vacation. Great beaches around that are close. Hopefully we will come back next year.
