Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

It has an equipped kitchen, living room with TV, bedroom area with double bed, bathroom with large corner bathtub. Close to the train station (15-min walk), bus 150 m away (line 16). Close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and its museum (10-min drive). Close to shops and a large public garden. Numerous free street parking spaces. Linens and towels are provided.

Ceiling height 1.92 m. Studio for 2 people with all comforts, located under our quiet veranda. The home overlooks a green pedestrian path. You have a completely independent entrance. Parking is free on the street. 15 mins walk from the 24 h of Le Mans circuit and 7 mins from Le Mans Exhibition Center. For motorcycles, the reservation is 3 nights min from Thursday to Sunday. For the 24h car and "Le Mans Classic": 4 nights min from Wednesday to Sunday.

In the heart of Sarthe, surrounded by horses, this former barn converted into an independent studio will be perfect for a quiet stay. It consists of a double bed, a sofa that converts into a single extra bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table and a bathroom. You'll also have access to a parking space and terrace. Located 20 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 1 km from Laigné-en-Belin.
