Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

My place is close to the M25 , 6 minutes from junction 11 and you can join the M3 and M4. A short distance from Windsor, Egham, Chertsey,Staines,for Thorpe Park, Ascot and Wentworth Not far from Shepperton and Longcross Studios. Easy to get to most places, no public transport in Lyne. You’ll love my place because It is nice and clean, comfortable and in a peaceful setting at the end of our garden. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Parking for 1 CAR. NO WORK VANS.

Close to Hampton Court our bright and airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access. Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous kid, but at your own risk. There is a separate shower room.
