It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very spacious, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The most beautiful place in crotone overlooking the ocean and city, it had 3 balconies, plenty of space , serene decor . We got to see spectacular fireworks , because there was a festivity called la Madonna di capocolonna at the time right from our balcony , we got to throw Rose petals as the Madonna was walked right under our balcony . Christian and Sabrina are the best hosts, very responsive , warm , friendly , big smiles ,always very helpful . I will book again Thank you kindly Nina Fontana

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Camigliatello! Top cleanliness! The location is perfect for walking to the center, but also the ski slopes. Do not underestimate the presence of private parking, very convenient for those like us who were traveling by car. The owner Paolo is very kind and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back:)

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable. Really lovely little house. A real house in the mountains. We were even lucky it snowed and the little house became even more evocative. Gianluca was very kind and hospitable and provided us with all kinds of comforts and directions to enjoy the weekend. Clean, well equipped, nothing was missing. It was truly a beautiful stay. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!
