Adorable Carriage House with amazing views!

Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our carriage house is upstairs and has amazing views. One bedroom with a King bed is located on the main floor with a deck off the bedroom. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Flat screen TV with Xbox 1. The other two bedrooms are located in the open lofts. They have to be accessed by the ladder/stairs in the pictures. You will have access to our private pond and as much fishing as you would like. We also have kayaks you are welcome to use.

Great little place for a great place to stay. Tiny house with a railroad theme. Fence in the back for your animal. Reliable high speed internet for your stay. Full size bed and futon that can adjust to bed. The place does sit by the track so there a few trains that come through. TV has YouTube TV, Disney+, Netflix, HBO Max included. 15 miles to Fort Smith and 10 miles to Choctaw Casino.

Tonia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—not just for us, but for our dogs too! We were genuinely touched by the dog treats she left out and the extra sheets she provided so they could relax without worry. Her kindness didn’t go unnoticed. The property was absolutely stunning—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It was exactly the kind of serene getaway we needed. My family needed a getaway for a baseball tournament weekend, and these by far exceeded our expectations! It was a home away from home. Secluded, an area for kids to play safely, and very clean! The owner was very quick in any communication and it will be our place to book anytime we need to stay in that area! Side note: The wedding venue is also beautiful!!

This is my second time staying at Travis‘s house. Please see my last review for details. I can’t say enough good things about Travis as a host and his house. He and his wife welcomed me with a personalized note and gifts. Since my last stay, I made a few requests regarding using nontoxic, cleaning supplies, etc. and Travis was incredibly accommodating in this regard. In summary, this is a very peaceful and quiet location that is extremely convenient to the airport and hospital and other sites. I definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again when I come back.
