The apartment is very lovingly beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and offers plenty of space. Karen responds very quickly and helped us in every way - thank you for the great hospitality and flexibility when checking in. We highly recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back!

The check in was super easy via a Save. Upon arrival, we called Daniel, who explained everything in a friendly manner. The accommodation was very clean, beautiful view and everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back.

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

We felt welcome with Irene as if we were with a good friend, in a cheerful atmosphere. The location is fantastic, the apartment super nice, its tips are worth gold. The bathroom was wonderfully warm despite the cool outside temperature, we felt very comfortable.

The stay at Valerie & Paul's was simply beautiful! You can see how much passion the two put into the whole thing. Both responded super quickly to messages and the communication was flawless. The check in also worked smoothly. The small terrace was a dream and is a real highlight in good weather (unfortunately we had bad luck). We also really liked the numerous tips for excursions, restaurants and cafés. We would stay again anytime.

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

We spent 10 days in the garden view chalet over Easter and it was just as hoped. Very nice, new and spacious house in a wonderful location. Wendelstein, Aiplspitz and Red Wall - a great view. We were able to do great hikes. I would like to mention the top-equipped study in the basement. The inns in the village are so good that we hardly used the beautiful kitchen. Max was very helpful and always answered all questions immediately. Clear recommendation!

Thanks for having us - this place was well suited for travellers. Nicole was very friendly and attentive. She even gave us a bottle of her homemade honey. Her place was well suited for us or for two couples travelling together. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The best part about our stay was the amazing view from the property.

We had a very nice time. Friendly hosts, for the low price the accommodation was tip-top, clean, quiet location and yet close to the center of Rottach-Egern. Just 10 minutes' walk to the lake. The hosts had written us a golden welcome on the chalkboard in front of the door. Gladly again .... 👍

We were at the accommodation for a week to relax and it was worth it! It is a nice, small accommodation with everything you need (also very child-friendly!). Excellent furnishings (there are a lot of (board) games, especially for children), the kitchen has everything you need and it was generally very generous with a lot of attention to detail. The apartment was completely clean and it is perfectly and quietly located (3 min walk to the lake, but away from the noisy main street; the surroundings are simply beautiful anyway). Daniela had very good tips and was very quick and friendly in communication. All in all, a great accommodation, to which we would like to come back!

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

We were particularly impressed by the spacious and modern underground car park, which made parking super convenient. I had a wonderful stay at Simone’s apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, but also close to the lake, shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Simone was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly from the start, which made check-in and the overall stay smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during my stay—it made things so convenient. Highly recommend this apartment and I look forward to staying here again!

Really a great and beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. In the morning, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the mountains and the valley. Quiet and relaxing. Christiane was super nice, helpful and you immediately felt in good hands. Absolutely recommended!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
