This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This traditional family summer house is located in a beautiful bay of Bobovišće na moru (Bobovišće by the sea) on the island of Brač. Enjoy starry skies and clear blue sea less than 30 meters from the terrace surrounded by charming Mediterranean landscapes. The family house, Sunset Villa, sits in a prime location, isolated with magnificent views of the bay and neighbouring island of Šolta. It’s nestled in a quiet, sparsely populated neighborhood of traditional family houses of similar style.

Villa Dol is covered with all day lasting shadow provided by an old tree (Mediterranean hackberry), leaning on the front part of the house. Garden is wrapped in mesmerizing smell of rosemary, lavender and vividly coloured variety of flowers as well as bird's singing as part of natural sound surroundings fulfilled with silence and absence of car noise. The terrace made of stone is equipped with old-fashioned fireplace, including traditional Dalmatian bell for baking bread and preparing food.

Villa consists of 2 floors with total 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, big terrace on first floor and big pool with amazing stone plated yard around it. On first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. There is fully equipped kitchen with big living room and amazing piano which exits to sunny terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with double beds and second with single bed. Villa has big POOL of 30 m^2 in front of it with sunbeds and siting area around it.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
