Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spokane Valley

Pros: The apartment had everything I needed, and was freshly remodeled. The location was great with a place to get a latte, groceries, or a quick bite to eat, right across the street. And the free E-car charger across the street was handy for me as well. Cons: The kitchen area was confined, especially between the fridge and sink. If noises keep you awake, bring ear plugs, as the cadet heaters click on/off periodically, and there can be street noise. The trash cans were left in the street our entire 4 night stay. The toilet paper is cheap, rough, 1-ply. Check in/out times were confusing. Upon booking I was emailed 3pm/10am. When I was given check in instructions, I was told 4pm. When I was given check out instructions, I was told 11 am. None of these cons are deal breakers for me, especially because of the great location. I would definitely stay here again.

this place was prefect. 5 minutes away from the Airport. it was super clean. it was just right for one to two guests. the bed was very comfortable. it was close to a busy road. but it wasn't loud. very quiet at night. excellent response. we had a bit of a hiccup on the wifi. but VeeAnn was super helpful on messenger. thank you. I highly recommend this beautiful house. it was an excellent stay. for the weekend. VeeAnn you are a 5 star host. thank you for a excellent weekend stay. I can say enough, on how nice it was. Katlyn and Christian's place is clean, well-furnished, and in a convenient location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable work trip. Would highly recommend.

Convient location in downtown, nice corner unit on top floor of apartment building. Garage parking easy access and fit our extended cab truck decently. Apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the provided sound machine and ear plugs as this location is NOISY with outside traffic/sirens (close to fire department and hospitals). We are used to city sounds but the building’s sound proofing is subpar. Luckily we brought an additional sound machine, earplugs and eye masks (room does not get completely dark). Light sleepers beware! Overall, we had an easy check-in/check-out and a clean place to sleep.

This is a great place to stay very clean and private

Caitlyn’s cottages were such a lovely place to stay! We were in town for a concert and the location was perfect for that, and only a short drive from downtown Spokane, or local hiking areas/parks. Super cute cottage with great outdoor lawn/kid’s play area and fire pit just a few steps away. The cottage was very clean and cool with the welcome AC in the summer! We appreciated the nearly fully stocked kitchen to enjoy our breakfast in the morning! Awesome stay!

Kate’s house was very accommodating and she was very sweet. The house was very clean, and she made checking in super easy for us. She allowed us to check in early, and she was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The house was perfect for our large family, and we enjoyed having the deck with the outdoor furniture! We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay here! The location was close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. We wished we had more time to use to take advantage of the hot tub , fire pit, and games more. Really nice and clean!!

What a gem find this stay was i stay here again for sure. If they had 10 stars i give it thst. Tirza was very helpful and anything we needed she would have gotten but we actually had everything we needed for our stay. This place is only good for 1 or two people. The place was so clean. The body wash in shower is devine. The blanket quilt on bed was great.. Quiet peaceful neighborhood close to college. This was an exceptional place to stay

The place is in a great location next to restaurants and stores! It’s only 5 minutes from the lake! The condo was very open and clean; and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

Was a great place to stay

Great place to stay in the Coeur d”Alene area. I love the views and the convenient location. They were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. It had a great bar to eat at as well as a dining room table.

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

The best AirBnb I’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded my expectations. Great location, very clean, well-appointed, cozy, with the most incredible floor to ceiling waterfront views. I loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river and the convenience of walking down to the restaurants downstairs. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches and unique tasteful art and decor and premium bedding and towels which made it feel like a home away from home. Excellent communication with host. 10 out of 10. I checked out today and I’m already thinking of booking my return visit.

This was my first time staying at this location. I was looking for something small and accommodating. It was exactly what I was looking for. We had everything we needed for our stay. The home is well maintained, clean and very spacious for a 2 bdrm!

Stayed at Jennifer’s and it was a great experience. The check in instructions were very clear and detailed. Great location with a lot to do in the immediate surrounding, and just a quick drive to downtown CDA. Additionally, we stayed here for to run the CDA 70.3 Ironman and it was the perfect location and the perfect place to properly prepare for and recover from the race, if your looking for a place for next years race this is the spot! Wonderful experience. 10 out of 10 would stay again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in CDA

Very very comfortable Bradley was a very good host and very responsive. We definitely would come back again. It was in a very safe location very private and the accommodations were absolutely perfect.
