Our fully stocked home offers fun activities for the whole family, including games, ping pong, a hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, and water toys.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Situated lakefront, guests can enjoy sun and water fun, bonfires, and sunsets. A 7.3% transient occupancy tax will be included on all bookings

Spend your days relaxing at the water’s edge on the private dock, screened in porch or large deck and your evenings roasting marshmallows gathered around the built-in fire-pit.

You are right on the Rapidan river where you can raft, fish, float, kayak, swim or just go exploring on a 2 acre island in the river! Plenty of outdoor games, smore's to make and stars to gaze at!
