Monthly Rentals in Spring Township

A very nice space….clean and uncluttered. An older neighborhood but nevertheless a clean one. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for a 13 week nursing contract at a local hospital. I work nights so quiet is extremely important. I got my wish for that for sure. This is a great little efficiency for one person to stay at for an extended period of time. The host and her husband are very responsive to any issues. The ones I had were very minor and quickly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a really lovely stay here while in town for a weekend event. It was the perfect little apartment for the weekend and Jillian went above and beyond to help. Not only did she allow me to have groceries delivered to the site she put them inside and in the fridge when the delivery driver was an hour early. The space was clean and quiet, and exactly what I needed for this weekend, and the host was so friendly and helpful. It honestly made this trip a success and I already plan to book for next year if possible!

This is a beautiful, spacious home. Prime location just off of route 222, 10 min from center city Reading and 25 min from Lancaster. We had six adults and found it very comfortable with three bedrooms and two full baths, big kitchen/dining area and huge den/tv room. Would absolutely consider staying in the future since we have family in the area. Wendell and Julie are wonderful hosts!
