The house is in a very convenient location close to Autzen Stadium(6 mins), the University of Oregon(12 mins), and downtown Springfield(7 mins)! Located in a working class neighborhood. This is one side of a beautifully remodel duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress!

Joe and Jaime have created a lovely space in their quiet neighbourhood so that guests have a relaxing, enjoyable stay. They made sure that we felt welcomed and at ease immediately. A bottle of wine and snacks were on display on the counter as we entered the space, so appreciated after a long day of travel. We highly recommend the Comfort Haven for visitors in the Springfield-Eugene area.

Clean, neat, spotless with all amenities. I do not think a place could be more spotless than this AirB&B. My Son and I never had much time to enjoy it, since we got up early to go fishing, but it worked out perfectly. I know my wife would enjoy it because of its decor and pleasant atmosphere. Nice neighborhood location with easy access to the river trail. It was cold and drizzly when we visited and both the main room and the bedroom were cozy warm thanks to the mini split in each room. The kitchen is functional and we used it to bake tea cakes for our college student. Would stay here again.

This place had a really wonderful view of the river! Overall, the house was clean but it definitely felt like someone else’s home, just to set expectations. But regardless, our stay was very pleasant. There was some road noise you could hear inside but that is quickly made up for by the lovely views and sound of the river.

Jordan’s place was absolutely perfect! As soon as we walked in, I was in awe of how beautiful and spacious it was. The decor was cozy and stylish, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I can’t sleep in a warm room, so I was thrilled the AC worked great — it got nice and cold, which helped me sleep soundly. I always travel with my own fan, but to my surprise, there was already one provided in the cabinet — my kids used it and loved it! The full-size fridge was a plus, even though we didn’t bring much food. The couches were comfy and reclined, and there were plenty of linens provided. The only thing we needed was shampoo, and it was brought to us right away. Jordan was responsive and helpful, and the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again — it truly felt like a home away from home!
