Apartment holiday rentals in Springfield

We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet area but walkable to many attractions. Hosts were responsive. Place was very clean and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

The apartment was very well decorated and designed … especially if you’re a Ducks fan! The green and yellow sports theme pervades, and the TV is HUGE! The bed was very comfortable and the hosts were extremely responsive and flexible. Great location in Downtown Eugene with a view of Eugene’s “Castle on a hill” right out the window. You will have to walk up 1 level of stairs to get up to the apartment - not a big deal unless stairs present a problem. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and a very pretty spot. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and stocked well with amenities. I loved the little treat basket on the counter with some snacks. We were attending events at Hayward Field and found the walk there and back enjoyable. Just to note, it is an up hill walk back. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family if they are ever in the area and we look forward to our next stay there.

Very clean and comfortable place and Ralph was super responsive and helpful. The only drawback is that you can hear every step the people upstairs make.

It's a beautiful space and we appreciated the craftsmanship. The Sweet Life Patisserie is one of my partner's favorite spots for gluten free treats, and he was so excited to get downstairs this morning for some goodies! We'll definitely be back next time we're in Eugene.

This is a cute little spot close to restaurants and nightlife, but far enough away that it was very quiet and peaceful in a safe neighborhood. The loft apartment is small but has everything covered to make you feel at home and is nicely decorated. The bed upstairs was very comfy as well. Thanks for a great stay while visiting on business. I hope to stay again in the future.

Initially we had a bit of a hiccup but Nickolas was very responsive and addressed the issue. The location is very walkable to downtown, great restaurants and nightlife. If the college nightlife is your vibe, this is the place to be! If it is not you should consider bringing some earplugs especially if there happens to be a university event which gives cause for celebration, but the beds and pillows are super comfy.

This is the type of Airbnb that you want no one to find out about. You hesitate to write a review because you are always hoping it is available when you are searching. It is simply the best. The apartment is well decorated, comfortable, and spotless. Everything you would want or need is there and then some. Traci thought through most everything. The bed is very comfortable as is the living room furniture. It is the perfect setup. The hosts, Traci, Frank and their dog Buck are the perfect hosts. Kind, helpful, and just terrific. You would be lucky to meet all of them. The location is very close to Springfield. It is not in Springfield, but this may be the greatest draw of this Airbnb. You have easy access to town, but are adjacent to the McKenzie River and the Walterville Canal - great walk or run with stunning surroundings. I checked out today and wish I was still staying there. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. Excellent for any length of stay! Go Birds!

We had an amazing stay at Yvonne's precious place. We were in Eugene for our son's graduation at the U of O. We stayed three nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We've visited Eugene many times over the past five years. Yvonne's place is by far the best place we have stayed at. It located in a most beautiful pocket of a vibrant neighborhood just west of downtown. It ks close to everything and yet shaded by the majestic trees of a peaceful urban park. The private apartment has its own entrance. It is on the second and top floor of a charming house. It is beautiful and comfortable. It has everything a couple (or three) would need. Lucky are the renters who get to stay here!

Rochelle’s place is just the perfect Airbnb!! I wish we had more time to just stay and relax for the peace and quiet. Anything you could possibly need is here, it was spotless clean and everything is brand new. We look forward to renting again in football season. Thank you for your kindness Rochelle❤️

This space, Daniel and T’Awna were such a respite from the world. They have created a beautiful healing space and, having met them it makes so much sense. Well designed, clean, comfortable… bucolic setting. I wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.

I had a great experience. The location was close to my work assignment, and was exactly as advertised. Zero complaints. I would definitely stay there again. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the neighbors were friendly. Healthcare traveler friendly. Grocery stores were close by and there were plenty of places to eat. Very convenient. 10/10.
