Joe’s home was beautiful and well kept! The house was warm and inviting and accommodated all of our needs for a weekend in Eugene. We have a fantastic stay at Brock's and we'll definitely visit again. The house has all the basics covered including a great reading light in the living room, a record player, and very cozy beds. Note that the house is located on a street that gets some traffic, but the bedrooms are in the back so it was very quiet later in the evenings for restful sleep. The expansive and private backyard/garden has several seating options and received 5 stars from our dog!

Lovely house in a GREAT location. Quiet and peaceful but still within a few blocks of great restaurants, grocery store and main roads. We'd be thrilled to come back!

this place was awesome nice cozy house, loved the shower. my dogs loved the backyard super close to restaurants we really enjoyed the old spaghetti factory.

Great spot, very walkable to UO and surrounding bars and restaurants only a couple minutes away. Eric is a great host, very responsive. The unit has a backyard and in a nice neighborhood. Would stay again for sure.

I had the opportunity to stay at Patricia's place on two separate nights a week apart and was delighted with the accommodations. There was more than enough space for 4 adults and a baby--with a lovely outdoor area for relaxing in. If I am ever in Eugene again, I will definitely look to stay here again!

I had a great stay at Kathryn's place with my dog! I highly recommend if you are looking for places in Eugene and I would certainly stay here again. The space was just as the listing described... honestly even better than I anticipated! It was very clean and cute. There was everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay, including fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials, and washing/drying machine. My dog and I LOVED the fully fenced-in backyard area with the lounging chairs to soak up some Oregon sunshine! It felt secure, safe, quiet, and private. I enjoyed the location and found some great food and walking spots within walking distance! Kathryn provided thorough instructions for an easy check-in and check-out process.

The house was better than expected and had a great layout. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was very nice, the kitchen was very nice, the decor was delightful. The entire home was extremely clean and welcoming. The fenced yard for dogs was a nice space as well. Lots of DoorDash options for food. House was in a great location. We highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect place to host my family and to enjoy the weekend! Many essentials that make traveling across the country so easy! Lots of space for the 6 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed!

Tina was a great host and we fully enjoyed our stay at her home. The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and has two ovens. We had a great time playing in the pool! Lots of floaties to play with. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place for the 5 of us: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool was fantastic for our first evening as it as very hot. The open living room was nice for watching movies together in the evening. Roku TV so using Netflix or Amazon was easy. Appreciated the washer and dryer so we could do a load of laundry too! Loved this perfect getaway! Hosts were great and the stay was incredible. Loved being able to use the hot tub and fireplace, there was also a pool and sauna. We played horseshoes and wandered the grounds, sat in the zen garden and visited with the turtle Tilly and neighbor pig Charlotte. Stars were stunning at night. Highly recommend as a place to chill for a weekend and enjoy the amenities!

The outdoor space was a standout—beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. The great fire table in the backyard was the cherry on top, bringing everyone together for memorable evenings filled with laughter and good vibes. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything we wanted including a grocery store. This was our first Airbnb stay as a family, and it made for a really nice experience. We’d book it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Peaceful spot with lots of space to relax and very quiet. Also, very close to the university which made it a great spot to hang out after a long day of campus activities.

Exactly as pictured and described. Perfect size for 2 people and we had 2 small dogs as well. We arrived fairly late and in complete darkness and it was no problem getting inside with clear and concise instructions. The outside surroundings are priceless and well worth the short trip outside of town. I wish we didn't have to let the secret out but in the interest of honesty, this will be our top choice when staying in the Eugene-Springfield area in the future!

This little cottage is a gem. It is small but well furnished with a full kitchen. Everything looks brand new. The bed is super comfortable and there is lots of privacy. Rachel and her family are very friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent. The neighborhood is really nice. I had my dog with me and we took lots of walks. There is a great park just a block away. I enjoyed my stay while visiting my son at U of O. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Josiah's rental very much. It was convenient to necessary businesses and central to visiting sights in Eugene. The home is comfortable & equipped with everything we needed. We had much more room than in a hotel & the bathroom was very updated, clean and bright. The outdoor landscaping was very private with a nice vintage looking outdoor coach light. The small backyard was just right for our dogs. We will stay here again if in Eugene.

This place was perfect! Very private and surrounded by lush trees and beautiful flowers upon entering the cozy cottage. The inside was classy and neat, not overdone and very welcoming and homey; made me want to stay and live there. This definitely was one of our favorite stays and will book again when I need to head over to Eugene. Perfect shot to the highway! The host was very accommodating, quick to reply and was one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with! 5 stars!! Perfect. Thank you again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! It was exactly as described and matched the photos. So clean, new, and everything worked well. We cooked full dinners in the kitchen. The bathroom and shower were so nice. This was the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and we will definitely recommend it!
