I am with 2 blocks of 12 restaurants, live theater, museums, city library, Salmon hatchery, community remodeled gym and indoor pool &local parks. I live on the property. Built Summer 2018. I live 1 block to Tiger mountain hiking&biking trails. 8 Miles to Bellevue. Costco Headqtrs 4 Miles
