Delphine and Daniel welcome you to their new house with private swimming pool. This accommodation can accommodate 4 people (+2 children or teenagers on a sofa bed for an extra charge) Ideal for families or groups of friends, the house is located in a quiet area, less than 2 km from the center of Vodice and its marina, 1/4 hour by car from the beautiful city of Sibenik, 23 km from the famous Krka Falls and less than 1 hour by car from the major cities of Zadar and Split and their airports.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

"Casa Pina" is situated in the silent foothills of the Barone fortress, couple of minutes away from historical part of Šibenik and its other tourist attractions. This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017. We made sure to keep all of its charming details as well as authentic Dalmatian style. This house is a home and we would love to share this feeling with our guests. Welcome!

My studio apartment is near Skradin, town with restaurants, beach and public transport. National park Krka and Prokljan lake is 2 km away and easy to reach. Highway is 2 km away and the closest airport is 30 km away. You will like my place because of the beautiful nature, the view, the location and the coziness. The environment is very quiet and calm. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.
