This beautiful Villa Ventum with a living space of 119m2 can comfortably host 7 guests. Villa is located in Jadrija near Šibenik, only 5 minutes walk from the pebble beach and the sea. The house consists of one floors. The main bedroom also has a direct exit to the terrace with a fantastic view. The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4 ) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017.
