This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
