Waterfront holiday rentals in St. Augustine

The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. The Unit looks exactly as advertised. Panoramic views of St. Augustine beach from a very well appointed condo. The kitchen is well stocked with high end glassware, knives, dishes etc. The living room has comfy couches and chairs. The king bed in the master suite is comfy with high quality linens. As this is an end unit there is a large balcony outside of the master suite overlooking the dunes and beach. In general, the Ocean Villas complex seems to be well maintained. The pool was kept clean and there was plenty of poolside seating and umbrellas. I'm sure we will book this unit again. Joan H

The location on the beach of Saint Augustine was heavenly. Angela Melanie responded to all of our questions promptly. The pictures do not do it justice. You are on the beach, walking in sand almost immediately after you exit your condo. Weekly price was great and well worth it with everything included in the condo and on the grounds. Love this place and the host and will definitely visit again.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place close to the beach. Cheryl’s place hit all the needs. Cute studio but has everything you need. Walkable to so many restaurants and of course the beach. She provided beach gear which was so helpful! Great recommendations to try as well! We walked down to get food and ice cream so it’s a great location. The wedding we were attending was in downtown St. Augustine and it was only a 15 min drive. Super close! Will certainly stay again!

We had a great stay at Natalia’s cozy property! She and her husband were so accommodating and welcoming to us. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the dock is beautiful and the pool was amazing. You can tell how dedicated Natalia is to the landscaping, it’s beautiful! The apartment itself is very comfortable and the perfect size. It was also very clean! We really enjoyed our evenings and mornings out on the dock. The pool was fantastic and was my favorite part of our stay. The location is also amazing- Caps on the Water and Aunt Kate’s restaurants were both in walking distance and had amazing food! The beach is a short walk down the road and easily accessible. Downtown St. Augustine is just a short 10ish minute drive, and we loved staying in this quiet neighborhood but still having easy access to the downtown. We would definitely stay here again and thank Natalia and Steve for their welcoming hospitality! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean place with many amenities available. Perfect location very quiet and short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a beach day available also. Would definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

This beach house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for the 9 of us and our dog. Gorgeous view from balcony and easy, quick access to the beach. Home has a wonderful laid back beach vibe and is fully stocked with everything you need - tons of beach gear, chairs, surfboards, and towels. Great outdoor patio area and grassy backyard leads directly to the beach. Loved having a double washer and dryer. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Fun house and great stay!

Great location, lovely view and cozy beds. Do note, the stairs that give you that great view might be a bit of a challenge for some. Nice natural light and a good open kitchen to enjoy friends. Hope to stay again!

This is a really lovely place, and Elliott is a gracious and helpful host. We loved meeting Cat Dracula sleeping on the porch, and Elliott offered us many helpful suggestions for our visit and a parking space closer to town. The house is filled with beautiful artwork and interesting little curios, and being right on the water was great.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised and the views were spectacular. Sunrises were amazing - what a lovely thing to wake up to every morning. Beautiful large kitchen with everything needed for meals. We used the grill multiple times and the outside sitting areas were wonderful. The only negative was the lack of water pressure throughout the house. As well as the lights flickering whenever the water was turned on. Other than that, all family members enjoyed the house - it was a perfect gathering place for all in town for a family wedding. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This home was absolutely wonderful! Everything was as described, and easy to access. Tim and Melody were extremely responsive from the moment we booked until after we left. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the golf cart was a huge bonus to get to the beach at the end of the street, too! We would definitely stay there again!

I loved our stay at PJ's house on the beach. We had 8 people stay for 4 days during my wedding. I had been to view the property before, but during our stay, it was even better than I remember. The downstairs bathroom was literally just retiled and is beautiful. The views from the room were great! We had the most amazing time and I am so thankful I chose this place to get married. You will not regret staying here!

A very unique Airbnb, with an attentive host. Had an amazing stay, and really enjoyed the space that has been created here.

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

Lynn's condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. The condo exceeded my expectations. The king bed is super comfortable. I didn't use the order beds during my stay so I can't honestly write on them. The view from the balcony is perfect for catching beautiful sunrise and the beach just a short walk from below. The location is great for exploring St. Augustine and enjoying all it has to offer. The host was always proactive and answered questions before I had a chance to ask them. The local recommendations and clear instructions were super helpful. At the resort, the check-in process was a breeze and I found the guards to be much more pleasant than expected. Thank you for your hospitality and providing a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay while enjoying a wonderful vacation! I'll definitely check back for availability when I visit St. Augustine next!

Jamie’s place was everything we hope for and more. With the amazing view and direct access to the beach the location was perfect. The area is very peaceful yet walkable and welcoming. The place is spacious and pristine clean. Finally Jamie is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend Jamie’s place any time and any day.

This place was absolutely perfect! The views are exactly what the pictures portray; absolute perfection. Additionally, the surrounding units/area is very peaceful and quiet. It has been my family's best trip by far. I most enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio and watching the dolphins at sunrise every morning. I honestly can't say enough about this place and the beaches and surrounding area. We will definitely return.

Great host! Beautiful property!!! Can’t ask for a better view for both sunrise and sunsets. Have stayed in the area many times and this place was the best. Felt at home when arriving and didn’t want to leave. The neighbors were friendly. I got the rest and great memories that I was wanting on this vacation.

Great stay at Joe’s place. The view is spectacular. The unit had everything needed for fun beach days. Clean and relaxing space. Super convenient beach access and close to the pool. Joe was a responsive and accommodating host. We would absolutely stay here again!

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!
