Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here

Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

B Happy!! Beachfront home, 4 bedroom/2 bath

B Happy is a beautiful one level beachfront home with beautiful furnishings, fully furnished kitchen with washer and dryer, Flat screen TV's and large deck. Large driveway with plenty of space for parking a boat. Outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink and grill. NO SMOKING inside the home! Dogs are permitted but must be well behaved and not allowed on the furniture. The bedrooms consist of 2 kings(both on the beach side), 1 queen and 2 twin beds.

Taradise

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!

Trout: pool, steps to beach

Very nice downstairs cottage with screened porch facing beach. Beach access 20 yards away. Pool just outside. Perfect for 1-2 couples or family. Pet friendly. 4 person max. Awesome priced favorite of many couples who return year after year. Remodeled and updated recently (photos Feb 2026). Beach wagon, canopy-style sun-shade and folding beach chairs on site for guest use.
