Great place, very close to the community pool and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the unit above was pretty noisy all night long. I was able to install a white noise app on the TV to help kids not be woke up due to the activity. Host was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach which is exactly what we wanted! We weren’t at the apartment much but it was a nice place to lay our heads in a very convenient location.

Best spot for a quick stay. Comfortable and affordable. Dog-friendly with a full kitchen. Very quick walk to the beach ~ the beach entrance is less than 20 steps from the front door. And Schooners is less than a 10 minute walk down the beach. Tracy was always quick to respond and helped us get checked in the late night of within 3 hours of booking the stay. Thanks Tracy!

We had such a good stay! The home is very clean and comfortable and the furniture, decor, and the landscaping are so pretty! They have done a lovely job making the space beautiful, comfortable, and feel like home. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. We really enjoyed our time in PSJ - our first time there, but definitely not our last. The town is great with an adorable downtown area and lots of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to the beach or Cape San Blas.

Perfect condo spot for us to spend a few days at the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and canal, nice area to walk our dog (and so glad we could bring her!) and easy walk across the street to the beach. We LOVE Mexico Beach and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat.

Miranda’s listing met our expectations and then some! Such a beautiful beach location and perfect location for a family of four. The beach was right out front door and the pool was even closer. She had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We can’t wait to come back and visit!

This bungalow was the perfect place! Just as pictured. Plenty of space and a short distance to the beach. I loved the fact that it wasn’t on front beach road. The beaches were not over crowded at all. Which is a plus with 3 kids. The host Jessica was very sweet and responded right away with any questions I had. We will definitely be back! This was the perfect getaway for my husband, myself and our dogs. Our favorite spot was just sitting on the back porch listening to the waves and watching the sand crabs run around. The property was beautifully maintained inside and out with a kitchen that had everything imaginable. Inside was beautifully decorated and again furnishings all were well maintained. We will be going back here and possibly even bringing some friends with us next time!! We had no problems with the unit, but did reach out to Mitzi once and she responded right away, so I felt safe knowing that we could get in touch with her quickly if need be.

Thank you Heidi for hosting us at your place! The place was very spacious, clean and the decor is beautiful. Also, probably one of the most well stocked places I've stayed. We really enjoyed the porch during the mornings and the location was perfect for exploring the town and the beaches.

A great deal in an awesome location. Very cozy, the AC worked like a dream, and close to amazing beaches and restaurants. Marina was super friendly, communicative, and gave clear instructions. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re in PCB!

Our stay was awesome! The room was huge! Very comfortable bed! It is next to a very busy marina so a little noisy at sun up. The A/C was very cold and refreshing! There is a great restaurant and bar also located within the building. Everyone was super nice! The only thing about the room that caught me off guard was there is no door to the bathroom. The bathroom is somewhat secluded off in the corner so it wasn’t a big issue. We were able to walk or ride our bikes just down the street to the shops and other cafes/restaurants down town had to offer. We booked a fishing charter with Captain Rudy Gay. He is a 4th generation Apalachicola resident and his knowledge about the town was fascinating! We cannot wait to get back!!

We LOVED our stay beautiful views and beautiful home. There isn’t a TV in the bedroom so be mindful however everything else was AMAZING will book again if in the area !

It feels like home from the moment you arrive. The decor is charming and full of tasteful character. The patio was an awesome place to relax, eat, and play games. It felt private even though it is located right behind a Mexican restaurant, thanks to the privacy fence. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the beach, which is awesome! Nelofer is a very accommodating and responsive host and will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is small, but our group of four adults fit comfortably. Four would be the max here though. The designated parking spot right by the door is a major plus.

Truly can’t thank you enough for this wonderful space and the wonderful week of memories!! First, this is the best beach location that I’ve stayed in Mexico Beach and other beaches of the panhandle (and I’ve stayed in ALOT). You can’t beat the view. Directly oceanfront. Literal steps from the beach. This was perfect for my grandparents who joined us! They’re in their 80s and had no issues at all! Loved the elevator and the pool too! Would stay again and I highly recommend you do too!

My husband and our friends really enjoyed our stay. We were already talking about the next time we are in town we plan to rent Megan’s property again! Everything was clean. The view was gorgeous. Check in and check out were smooth. And the property felt safe. I would highly recommend this property!!

Loved stayed here! Very clean, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner does amazing! Those are huge things to us. We will definitely book again!

I was only in town for one night on a long road trip and just needed a place to crash—but wow, I wasn’t expecting this. The view from the 13th floor was unreal, and the whole space felt calm and thoughtfully put together. I didn’t need to unpack much at all—everything I could’ve needed was already here. The bed was insanely comfortable, the check-in was easy, and I actually felt like I rested. If this is what a quick stop can feel like, I can only imagine staying longer.

We had such a special time making memories with our kiddos and you helped make that a reality. Thank you for such a great stay!

I absolutely loved this home! The scenery, the convenience, and overall cleanliness. We literally walked down stairs to the beach. We brought beach towels & toys to be prepared but the host has everything you need literally sand toys, beach chairs, water toys. We stayed one night just because we needed a middle point on the drive to Disney. But I definitely wish we could have stayed longer. Will be returning for sure.

Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

This place is as described and pictured. The location is PERFECT. This is where we will plan to stay when visiting PCB! Literally can’t beat it.

Really gorgeous location and definitely worth what we paid. The dryer didn’t work the best and takes two cycles to dry tee shirts and towels. You might also want to bring facial tissue/Kleenex as there isn’t any and some extra trash bags. The beach area was quieter than other locations which we really liked. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves at night. There is a small gas station/convenience store right across the street and a Waffle House and a couple of breakfast spots within easy walking distance.
