Super clean and comfortable place to stay. Wonderful location for easy access to all things Boulder Junction!

The house was exactly as described and Jerri is a warm, flexible hostess, responsive to needs and questions. The kitchen is well stocked and the house very comfortable, the beds cozy and the location perfect for chasing waterfalls, collecting Yooper Lites, finding great coffee and walking distance from lovely trails. Recommendations were spot on for our needs and interests and instructions clear, reasonable and easy to follow. We loved the firepit in the back yard to end days of hiking and kayaking. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay to soak up a few more sunny days of summer. Downtown was extremely walkable and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The space was comfortable for relaxing after a day of adventure and had everything we needed. The decor really provided a cabin and “Up North” feel.

This was the perfect little cabin and exactly what we were looking for. The hosts were very prompt in answering when we weren't sure if the weather was going to allow us to cross the bridge. It was a great price and super cute. We would book again for sure.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin on a peninsula into the river, surrounded on three sides by water! One of the most tranquil places we have stayed, with all the amenities you could need. The kayaks/canoes were lovely and Susan provided so many other little touches we never knew we needed! Another plus to the rustic cabin is the built-in easy-to-use sound system which made for great memories singing songs together while cooking dinner etc. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone planning a visit to Eagle River or the Northwoods of Wisconsin!

Every thing was great but I would suggest you check the board that lead to the lake the first two move or lift when u walk on them I only went down and sat by the lake and take pictures. But it could be a safety issue

Very beautiful place to stay! Nice fishing lake. I thought everything looked even better than described! Close to everything you would want to do in Minocqua. We hope to stay here again next year!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at Little Red! Sue is a phenomenal host; whether it was accommodating our unexpected early arrival or sharing the secret behind the fresh scent of her linens, Sue went above and beyond when it came to taking care of our needs. The property itself is also worthy of praise. Little Red is located on an accessible road, making it easy to come and go year round. This makes it easy to enjoy the local attractions, especially with Sue’s detailed recommendations left on-site. Summertime visitors will love the convenient access to the lake as well as the amenities Sue provides, such as fishing equipment and water toys to explore the lake. Winter visitors will also appreciate features like a wood stove and plenty of wood. It is not an easy task to make someone feel at home while on vacation, but Little Red truly felt like our home away from home during our stay, and we are already considering a return visit in the fall. Ewelina’s place was the perfect setting for a quick weekend in nature. Ewelina was incredibly responsive and helpful. This cozy apartment was spotless upon arrival, comfortable, and was stocked with more than I could ever need. The attention to detail was evident; I cannot recommend this place enough.

Debra's condo was the perfect blend of updated amenities and the warmth and charm we sought in our lodging for our UP Ski weekend. Easy check-in, every kitchen item you'll need, and was VERY clean and cozy. You won't regret booking this unit. We'll be back!

This apartment is so lovely, comfortable and peaceful. It was spotless and had everything we needed. It was so nice to go “home” at the end of each day. And as wonderful as the apartment was, John and Patti are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. So warm and friendly. Just great people. We will definitely stay with them again the next time we are in Iron River!!! John and Patti, THANK YOU.

Most of the apartment has been recently remodeled & tastefully decorated with eclectic tables & lamps, thoughtfully selected artwork, mostly nature themes, some watercolors painted by one of the hosts. Nice homey touches throughout making for a pleasant stay when indoors. TV has been upgraded to a small flat screen (not shown in pictures). DVD is a regular, not Blu-ray player. It worked for us. Beds were comfortable firm. We slept well. Kitchen had most everything you need for meal making. Kitchen towels, scrubbie, dish soap & hand soap were supplied. No blender but plenty of pots, pans, bowls & dishes. One hand towel in the bathroom, otherwise bring your own bath towels. Hand soap only provided Beautiful view of the lake. Loons present every day. Boat landing is a few minutes' drive around the lake. Only drawback for some may be the length of stairs leading from the duplex down to the lake. There is a railing, but the stairs may be harder for anyone with knee issues or older folks.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We have stayed at a lot of places over the years and this was definitely one of the best! It was beautiful, peaceful, cozy and had all of the amenities we could have asked for! Loved the lighting, helpful instructional signs, the sweet welcome package (thank you again!) and the recommendations for favorite waterfalls, wineries and breweries! We’ve stayed at multiple rental homes and this one is better than any we’ve been in. It’s such a comfortable home. The home had everything we needed. We love the outside seating area. Deer walked through the woods while we sat outside. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Daniel’s cabin was delightful. From the outset, Daniel was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that check-in was seamless and that all details were clear. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable. Each evening, we were treated to breathtaking sunsets over the lake, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. The cabin’s proximity to the Bearskin Trail was a highlight; we enjoyed scenic bike rides into downtown Minocqua, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the area. Thank you, Daniel, for providing such a wonderful setting for our getaway. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience.

The tiny cabin was the perfect place to stay for the weekend in Eagle River. Located in a quiet area perfect for a relaxing weekend. The home was very clean and had everything that you needed. Was just overall a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Kelly is a great host. She checked on us several times through out our stay to see if we needed anything. She always responded immediately Very neat and clean condo with outstanding views of the lake out every window. We will definitely be planning another trip.
