Kirsten was a lovely host - very attentive, provided clear instructions and was very quick to respond. Great amenities - the gym in the club area even included a climbing wall. Apartment was clean and well stocked with all new appliances and comfy bed. Location is great for access to old town and beaches - Kirsten even provided chairs for the beach along with a beach blanket and towels which we thought was a really lovely touch. Would definitely stay again if visiting St Augustine

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

This space was beautiful and well laid out. Anytime we had a question, the answers came right away. We had zero issues with our stay. The place was exactly what we were looking for! I really never wanted to leave!

Everything was wonderful, all the hosts I talked to were nice and respectful, and I love the Airbnb. My only complaint was the front security guard when we first came in was rude. But the other security at the gate were fine(which I don’t know if the hosts had control over so I’m not going to fault them as they were extremely nice and friendly). I love this place and would highly recommend it to everyone and anyone!!

Lisa’s place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Great view of the pool and ocean. She was responsive to any questions. Would stay again!

Plenty of room. The amenities such as the pool was fantastic. Good location with plenty of restaurants to try. Great and quick communication by the host as well.

We had an amazing stay at Christina's place. The location was excellent. So convenient to be able to walk to private beach access as well as the pool. Her unit also had a hot tub in the courtyard. One can walk to many of the iconic spots on the beach. The home was as described and very comfortable for myself and 3 daughters. We had a great time and would recommend her place highly.

This condo – and our experience – were great! The condo is in the best location within the community—peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the lanai, which was perfect for relaxing with a book, morning coffee, or an evening cocktail while gazing at the water view - and a lot of interesting birds! The condo seems freshly updated (master bathroom looks brand new), is spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you might need. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is a dream with (all new?) appliances including double oven and 5-burner gas range—perfect for cooking in. The pool, hot tub, and fitness room are just a short walk away. It was close to world-class restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, white sand beaches, “30 golf courses within 30 minutes,” and downtown St Augustine. Marilyn is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, in the middle of everything St Augustine Beach has to offer, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. A great find!

St.Augustine is my home away from home and Dani’s place made it feel even more like it! Very clean and a great location. Close enough to Old Town and close enough to the beach! We will definitely be back!

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

World Golf Village is a nice community and a great area for walking. Costco, Buceees, Publix and Bass Pro Shop close by. About a half hour to downtown St. Augustine or the beach. There is a lot of new areas popping up with more restaurants. The property has a very nice pool and the building is very convenient. The unit is very nice and the lock off portion on the 2 bedroom allows for privacy for each of the bedrooms and also for the family to have a little space too ! There are smart TVS so you can log in for different streaming apps and there is a nice kitchen to prepare your own meals if you want to eat in. Check in very easy, and the hosts were available for questions. Nice experience and would recommend !

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

We loved staying at the condo. It's so close to the beach, a covered patio which was perfect for the afternoon showers, and the house was very clean and comfortable. Having a pass to go through Sawgrass saved a lot of driving time to get to restaurants. The Sawgrass Beach pool is right next door. We were fine with the family noise but something to keep in mind. We will definitely rent here again.

This place was absolutely perfect! The views are exactly what the pictures portray; absolute perfection. Additionally, the surrounding units/area is very peaceful and quiet. It has been my family's best trip by far. I most enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio and watching the dolphins at sunrise every morning. I honestly can't say enough about this place and the beaches and surrounding area. We will definitely return.

Great host! Beautiful property!!! Can’t ask for a better view for both sunrise and sunsets. Have stayed in the area many times and this place was the best. Felt at home when arriving and didn’t want to leave. The neighbors were friendly. I got the rest and great memories that I was wanting on this vacation.

Lee and his home were amazing! The home was very clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed or may need! *Bonus points for providing a hair dryer as I had forgot mine*. It was very quiet and peaceful here. It truly felt like I was in my own little vaca home. This home is in such a GREAT location. With the pool right next to it, 5min walk to the beach, 10min drive from downtown, 10min drive from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping plazas, and a Starbucks right around the corner, I cant stress enough how this was in a prime location. Tucked away to be in your own private little area but also convenient with anywhere you want/need to go. Lee was an amazing host! Great communication and was so nice. Response time was great, provided a list of things to do in the area, and made sure my family and I had everything we needed. He made our stay feel personalized rather than just another guest using his home. Already excited to use this home again in the future!

Home away from home! Paul’s place was amazing! Paul was flexible with our check in after traveling 12 hours and was available for questions. The property was amazing and had everything we needed. We look forward to coming back!

My family loved Daltons place and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend! The only thing that may be a hindrance in the future would be the access from the parking area to the condo. Dalton does show photos on the ABnB listing but they were surprisingly steep in person. It wasn’t a problem for us but may be for an elderly person or someone with mobility concerns.

Porta Del Sol condominium was the prefect stay for a little get away. It’s located in a beautiful resort surround by breathtaking homes. Great for walking or bike riding. Just a 35 min trip to St. Augustine which is a gorgeous historical city. Close to gas stations, grocery stores and shopping. I would highly recommend Nahm’s Air bnb to anyone and would 10/10 stay there again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful cozy stay. My husband and I had the best time!
